I rented a one-bedroom from him that was…read morehorribly taken care of, I had to move to a two bedroom ( within a month) to which his maintenance man/property manager told me I would be able to keep my security deposit, he stole that security deposit as well as the security deposit from the two-bedroom. the apartments were 10 times cleaner when I left then when I got there, in the two-bedroom he gives you a storage right outside of the apartment too, which had water damage reoccurring... that he knew of but didn't tell me so half of my property was also destroyed. I have heard nothing but bad things from every single person that has rented from him be aware... properties owned by JP Marsh in Hubbard Ohio do not rent!!!!!! He is awful beyond belief.

Hi, everyone I went to Reed and Dailey to get my taxes done. I was looking for a cheaper…read morealternative than my usual tax prep services. The sign out front said starting at $79. And while they staff was very friendly and took care of me in a timely manner, they screwed in the prep work and the IRS caught it. And to add insult they also charged me $189 for their service. These people DO NOT know what they are doing. If you're looking for a "cheap" tax prep go elsewhere.

Don has taken care of me the past three years and seems to be the perfect mix of personable and professional. This year my appointment took about 15 minutes. I had seen other tax preparers here in years past, but prefer to stick with Don. Several years ago, there was a slight issue with my locals going to the wrong municipality. That really wasn't too big of a deal. Rates here will definitely be more reasonable than Jackson Hewitt or H & R.
