He began practicing law with the law firm of Wilkes, Wilkes & Welsh in 1991. He continued with the Wilkes firm until 1998. The firm's primary areas of practice were insurance defense and personal injury law.
In 1996, Attorney Piccirillo founded Reliable Title Agency, Inc. as a local land title company, and Reliable Title continues its operations to this date.
