He talks the talk and when comes to the walking part he will just walk off your case and take your money. He was bragging about having custody of his grand daughter rather then doing his job and looking into our case. Used us for $3,000 and threaten to walk off. The dad who won custody of the case has an assault charge on a female in front of kids and drug and alcohol history been in rehab twice never paid child support. jeffery told us that its expunged and i understand that to certain extent when its a violent charge expunged or not this should of still played a big part in how he should never have custody of any kids. guess according to stark county violent charges and not paying child support is how you get custody of your kids. oh dont forget to beat the mother too they will look past it

Ironically the referral to Joel has been nothing but a blessing. He responds quicker, offers me more time, though he is very busy I always know that he will contact me back. Joel has an excellent personality and very friendly. I've referred many people to him. I'm actually writing this because I recently needed his assistance in a very technical matter that was not his specialty, he took them time to arrange for me to get with a specialized attorney to meet and exceed my needs. I also just received a comment from my mother that her best friend and husband I referred to Joel were more than satisfied and Joel did them an amazing job. There are many attorneys out there, I am friends with many too, I own a retail business that people typically always want to litigate about and in 25 years I've never been more satisfied with "Lawyer"

She met me outside of the courthouse so that I never felt alone, or had to be alone with the person I was suing. She thought quick on her feet and shot down all the foolishness the opposition through at her quickly and succinctly. Through every step of the way she took time to explain the process and what the next steps would be along with time lines. She always prepared me for the next step in the process, always reassured me I would be ok. She is a straight shooter and didn't sugar coat anything. She told me it like it was and by far exceeded my expectations. Her motions and filings were all very thorough and she was successful in getting the person deemed a vexatious litigator. She is knowledgeable and also has a passion for the law and justice. I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to anyone that is looking for a good competent thorough attorney. She helped me get my life back so I wouldn't waste any more time defending myself against frivolous lawsuits, as well as assisted in saving the county money by not allowing this individual to bring forth any future frivolous lawsuits. Heather is kind, knowledgeable and a force to be reckoned with. I can't say enough good things about her. If you need an attorney look no I recently called attorney Gyekenyesi about another matter and she explained to me that while what happened was wrong the current law was poorly written and what she has seen is that people in similar situations have ended up spending a lot of money and time and walking away frustrated. She suggested that I contact the prosecutor and see why this happened. She could have taken my money but instead she gave me good advice and a solution. This is why I liked her in the first place. She's not in it for the money. She truly believes in the justice system and helping people. Her integrity is impeccable and her abilities at assisting clients is unparalleled. I whole heartedly recommend her for any legal matter. I am confident that she will do a good job and if ever she feels as though she can't help you she will tell you and help you get to someone that can. She's the kind of lawyer you want defending your rights and fighting for you.
