I reached out to the owner who was very nice and serviceable, we set up a date to take in my car to his location and left it there for about two and a half hours. Throughout the whole process i was getting updates such as videos or pictures of before and afters. Once my car was ready i picked it up and it was like i picked up a whole new car from the dealer. It was impeccable, full of shine and extremely clean on the inside. The best part was the smell of new car even my daughter mentioned how she loved how our car looked and smell. For starters I found this place on Yelp. I was looking for a place that worked with high end cars and had good reviews. Well I realize now how he gets his reviews, he asks for them. While his customers are still in the honey moon phase when they just get their car back. Little do they know that all these guys do is put lip stick on a pig. It's been over a year now since my "repairs" have been done and my car is literally falling apart. The fender flares he painted are chipping the rims he customized also. The grill accents are coming off.. I literally brought this guy a list of things that needed to be touched up and after he got paid he just let my car sit there. I came back and confronted and told him he did absolutely nothing and he brushed me off. He ordered the wrong emblem for my truck (twice) and instead of ordering the correct one he had one of his fresh off the boat, probably not certified employees, hack at my car and slap some 3m tape on it and literally MADE it fit. He said he ordered replacement parts, like a new fender that I needed fixed but all he did was repair the old one so he can bleed both the insurance company and my wallet. He did this for the front grille and apparently some of the front bumper covers because I just came home and saw a piece sitting on the floor.. The back of the piece had the silicone they used to stick it on instead of ordering the new one. Take my word for it. These guys are seemingly professional but in reality a bunch of crooks. I've had the car for a while but was holding back on getting windows tinted but the Miami heat And sun hitting in every direction was just too much. The job itself takes about an hour- hour and a half. The lady in front desk is super nice and showed me the different tints (even the illegal ones and which protects most from the sun). She made process easy to choose and they are very quick to respond on the phone too. It is a bit pricey but then again, its good quality stuff and good customer service!

Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The first time I picked up my car, there were multiple noticeable issues that made it seem like the work was rushed and not properly inspected. The bumper was not clipped on correctly, the car had not been calibrated, and the door was rattling while driving. I brought the car back a second time to address the rattling, only to be told they were sorry because that part had apparently never been completed. Even after bringing it back, the rattling issue still persisted. On top of that, when I went to add windshield washer fluid, I discovered the reservoir was cracked. This makes it clear the undercarriage of the vehicle was never properly inspected, which is concerning because that was one of the main reasons the car was there in the first place. After having the car inspected elsewhere, I also learned the strut was not installed correctly. At this point, I will not be bringing the car back for a third time. I'm less interested in hearing that my feedback is appreciated and more concerned about the lack of quality control. There clearly needs to be a better system in place to ensure vehicles are properly repaired and inspected before being returned to customers. Based on my experience, this shop may be fine for very minor fixes, but I would not trust them with more significant repairs.
