UPDATE - January 2019…read more New ownership comes with new experiences, not always positive ones. This is the short version: Dealership set the expectations that I was to take delivery of my new Airstream and shake it out in the shop since I was having a delivery in a Michigan January. Upon driving 5 hours and starting the transition to the new unit from my old one I was informed that I could not longer stay in the shop due to a new policy from new ownership. This change of plans was unprofessional, but would have been fine if the weather was reasonable, except that I am a solo female camper and it was the coldest (sub-zero - week of January 28th, 201 - link to weather at the time - https://www.weather.gov/grr/summary20190131 ) . I stayed outside one night since I was exhausted from the move. The next morning the General Manager was disrespectful to me and even fired my salesperson as soon as I left with my Airstream. Current GM and new ownership doesn't seem to understand the clients they serve nor the Airstream product. I can't emphasize how bullied and terrorized by the new management I felt by the whole experience. 3/2019 - To add more insult to injury the finance office gentleman even wrote me over 30 days after I bought the Airstream (and already got my title back from my state) and wanted me to sign new paperwork because THEY overcharged ME $25.00 (which I could care less about) and they had it rejected with the Michigan Secretary of State. The deal was paid in full cash with title in-hand, they wanted me to send them the title back due to the mistake (presumably because of paperwork issues but who knows!), and even back-date the Michigan State Form! Clearly the gentleman in accounting/finance didn't know how to complete the sale form correctly (seems like new ownership/training problems). What made that even more tacky is that they tried to blame the salesperson who they fired (isn't that always the case) when it was the finance guy who put together the form and signed them. Service and Parts are still the same people that did a great job for me in the past but it's too soon to tell since the new management seems quick to pull the trigger on firing long time employees. I'm still heartbroken and still feeling bullied from this experience.

Big guy at the counter seemed that he could care less if you had an oil change there, wasn't helpful at all. My recommendation is that you don't try going in there at all. Feel sorry for people who buy cars/ trucks from them.

Our van was brought in for a pre-purchase inspection and besides the inflated man hour rate they are extremely unprofessional and untimely. A mechanic at the shop started voicing his whole personal vendetta and personal opinions and nearly scared our buyer to back out of the deal. Our van passed the entire inspection in their words "with flying colors," however one of the mechanics kept carrying on with the buyer about how little it was worth, the cost of converted vans, etc etc etc. His knowledge on even the price of the van chassis alone totally disregarded him as a factual source of information, which helped discredit him and his personal bias. If you pay $450 for a MECHANICAL check of a vehicle, then that's all it should be. The amount of additional negativity, blatantly wrong assumptions made, and misinformation was just a sprinkle on top which is why this review is getting made. Keep your trucks, RVs, buses, and fire trucks away from this center until they figure out professionalism on a job.

His Father (Vern) started this small used car lot and now Ben owns it and often you can find his son working there too. Our family is on our 3 vehicle purchased here, 2 for us and 1 for the in-laws. All have been great cars. Ben is fair, and honest. His cars are inspected by an onsite mechanic and if there are issues past purchase they are quick to correct or offer assistance. We hopefully won't need another vehicle for a LONG time, but when we do I know where we'll look.

They didn't even touch our vehicle until the last 20 minutes we sat here. When we tried bringing up how long we've been here, the manager kept saying "oh we had people call in." In all honesty if we would have been told that there was gonna be a wait we wouldn't be so angry, but we sat here for hours when we could have only been here for 30 mins to an hour max. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

We contacted them early in January of 2026 to inquire about the Renegade Verona LE 38 LDG that they had for sale. We made contact with Jeremy Smit and were very impressed from our first conversation. Because we were 600 miles away from the dealership we went ahead and made plans to have a certified RV inspector to inspect the RV for us. The dealership made it very easy for the inspector to come and do his inspection. We had many conversations with Jeremy about the motor home and he was always knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He is very low pressure and very knowledgeable regarding the Leisure Travel Van brand. He was great at answering all our newbie questions. We finally pulled the trigger on our new 2025 UMBL in May of this year. We had the dealership do several upgrades and they quickly fixed an issue with the air conditioner we had after our first trip. Jackie in the service department is very helpful and patient and Kyle, our service tech lead, was patient and knowledgeable as well during our 4 1/2 hours of training. We are extremely happy with our LTV UMBL and so lucky and grateful we have Holland Motor homes just 25 minutes from us.
