He assured me it was. Response rate was great until my mom finalized the purchase. After my mom received the vehicle, I was never given the credit. I followed up with Sylo to check in on it and he said he would look into it. It then ended up me having to reach out to him many times and him ghosting for days/weeks. I kept following up because it was the principle of the matter. It's now been two months and still no resolution. Something so simple became such a frustrating experience. Would definitely not recommend purchasing a vehicle at this location. Go elsewhere. They'll actually take care of you...

Nestled between rolling hills and…read moresuburban serenity, it's probably the most peaceful place you'll ever get annoyed about your charging speed. Yes, it says 250kW, but I peaked at 175kW and benchmarked around 75kw. Not terrible, just not what it promised... like most dating profiles. There are 31 stalls, which sounds great until you realize 7 were already dead on arrival. Nothing like a brand-new station with that "already broken in" feel. Really gives it character. And the stall layout? Let's just say it looks like Tesla tried to reinvent the concept of "parking forward" as a puzzle challenge. At first glance, it's giving mild panic attack, but once you pull in, there's clear signage telling you which side to plug in--because apparently that's still a learning curve in 2025 (see attached photo) On the plus side, it's conveniently located near Two Doughs Pizza, Tifa Chocolate & Ice Cream, and a DIY store--so whether your battery or your patience needs recharging, you've got options. Also great for kids who turn into gremlins if they sit still for more than 6 minutes. All in all, a beautiful location with just enough technical dysfunction to remind you you're still dealing with Tesla. I would give this location 3 stars but the scenery is just too beautiful to rate it any less than 4!
