The entrance is right before the light of the freeway entrance (San Pablo Ave & John Muir Fwy) and right after the Safeway parking lot entrance. To enter sucks, you still have to wait in the freeway/Safeway traffic before you can access the entrance. To exit, I will either have to take the freeway or cross over lanes to U turn. Morning and late afternoon traffic is brutal over here so... Just saw a car pull up from the Safeway direction, so it is possible to enter/exit through the Safeway parking lot. Still not pretty but definitely easier than the street. Everything about this place is the same as any other Electrify charging station... charging speeds, rates, etc. I hope these chargers will be well maintained without out of order stations as often as other locations. Just happy it's finally open with WAY MORE charging stations than that at Lucky. Not sure how long the no wait will last especially since there is no place to park while you wait for the next available charger. That may change once construction is done over here. We will see...

There is a security camera which is fantastic. There are lots of places to eat around here so you can enjoy and relax, while your car charges. I noticed after 5pm is when this location gets packed. However, the EV community is very friendly so you can ask all kinds of questions especially if you're like me, who's a new owner with an electric car. Side note: there are several APPS you can search for charging stations. I primarily use two: "Chargepoint" and "Plugshare." However, if you are a driver of an electric vehicle, please help grow our EV Yelp Community so that we can all help each other, find detailed information where to charge our cars. Cheers!

I think it's awfully nice for Target to provide this for their customers. So you can shop for two hours while your car is being charge all for free. If you decide to hangout and shop longer, it's only $1.50 every hour thereafter. Still a bargain!! And based on your model of vehicle, you can easily add about 25 miles of range per hour. If there were a non handicap person parked in handicapped spot, I'd push for the same request. These spots are reserved for folks who are taking initiative for cleaner environment and are being thwarted by the non EV and monster cars parking on these spots. Very disappointed!

This NAPA auto parts took full advantage of this. First when I came in to get the parts I needed I was busy trying to keep my 3 year old from trashing the store so the sales man, yes they work off commission got me the most expensive replacement parts. After realizing what happened I went to return the unopened parts only to get push back. Luck for the sales man my credit card had been stolen so he told me without the card there was nothing he could do. I explained that I live in another state where there were no NAPA Auto Part stores and asked what I should do. He actually said keep their parts I was able to get for 1/4 the cost. I had a shop do the work, provide the parts including insurance, and it was still less then what I was charged for just parts. The manager was also not helpful telling me to wait two weeks then she would be able to process a refund without the credit card. Again... I'm from out of state and clearly told them this. Maybe they just don't know how to use their machine, but I have worked in retail and have processed many returns without the credit card. Mind you I had the receipt in hand. No solution offered at all. No help what's soever! On my way out of CA I stopped at another NAPA Auto Parts. They also gave me a hard time. They processed the return and explained they work off commission and their store will now be hit with the return. So NAPA in Napa took advantage of me, lied to me, and gave me really bad service.
