There was a delay in getting the mattress (not their fault so was acceptable) but there was no communication on their end. The only way we ever got any info / updates was by continually calling and emailing. There was then another delay and I found out only by sending an email (one of several) to confirm delivery, which I then found out was not going to happen as scheduled. This is the reason for the three stars. Communication was basically nonexistent unless we initiated it. Good communication would have definitely made the overall situation better.
