The waitress told me the cook would probably overcook it but she would request rare to medium rare. All I can say is, I was warned. My steak was completely over cooked to the point I really didn't want to eat it. It was also very thin, but luckily it was seasoned correctly and had a good flavor. I will stop in here again, but I will never order another expensive steak, as the cook needs to learn to cook it for the person that is eating it and not their personal preference. Given that it cost me right at $20, including tip, for one person to eat at this small place, and the food was not cooked as ordered, and that the steak was thin, sadly I can only give 3 out of 5.
