Over three weeks later, as of September 28th, 2026, no work has been completed, the part has not been acquired, and Mr. Johnson is entirely unresponsive. My vehicle remains unusable, and I am out $450 with no service rendered. I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this individual or business. He came back and called me and told me few things which were required to the truck , i asked him what options he had for the tires . He just started abusing me , used bad language with no reason . He called me a M**F**k and foreigner i am paying taxes, and have a trucking company ,i have created the job for the other people and i am the lawful citizen of this country . He has no right to say these words to me. i don't recommend anybody to do business with him. he was a racist and yelled at me with no reason and abuse me though i was giving him business.

Chandler Towing was great! My son flipped his truck in the middle of the night. Some glass was…read morebroken and two of the tires popped off the rims. I called Chandler Towing and they picked up on the second ring. After describing the situation, they told me when they would get there and arrived sooner than promised. They were able to flip my son's truck back on to it's wheels and tow it back to town. To top it all off, the even put the tires back on the rims for me! All of the service came at a very reasonable price. When I have told others about my experience, the response is usually "Yea, I heard the were the best in town!" I have used Chandler Towing three more times since then. Once for a another personal vehicle and twice to help out a friend. The service is exemplary every time.

And all the guy had to say was he didn't know where the numbers come from. If you are giving quotes and charging people, you should probably know that. Then he said it was both the roadside assistance and him who messed up, but nothing he could do now. They told him one set of mileage, and he didn't check it, then it was more than they said. Double the price isn't just a misunderstanding.
