I am a 67 year old woman who was traveling alone…read morefrom Southern Mississippi to St Louis Missouri when the entire wheel on my car flew off leaving me stranded on the side of the road. From my first conversation with them over the phone to arrange towing they were concerned for my well-being and took care of me like I was family! Unfortunately, the parts store was already closed that late on a Saturday and on Sunday so they were not able to order the part needed until Monday with the part arriving on Tuesday. They kept me updated daily asking if there was anything they could do to help me while I was stranded at the hotel. Once the part arrived they came and picked me up and took me back to the shop, made the repairs as quickly as possible and had me back on the road. They let me know that if I had any problems whatsoever to call them and they would be there to help me. They even checked with me later in the evening just to make sure I made it to my destination okay! The customer service and the quality of their work was exceptional! They truly care about their customers and as I said, treated me like I was family. I highly recommend Interstate Towing!!!

So, I decided to make a trip to Clarksdale and while I was there, visit Abes BBq. Anyway, excellent customer service and friendly staff is what you will receive here. First, I called them on the phone and said they could fix it as soon as I got there. I walked in, they greeted me and immediately started working on my car windshield. Now, that's customer service.
