From my first conversation with them over the phone to arrange towing they were concerned for my well-being and took care of me like I was family! Unfortunately, the parts store was already closed that late on a Saturday and on Sunday so they were not able to order the part needed until Monday with the part arriving on Tuesday. They kept me updated daily asking if there was anything they could do to help me while I was stranded at the hotel. Once the part arrived they came and picked me up and took me back to the shop, made the repairs as quickly as possible and had me back on the road. They let me know that if I had any problems whatsoever to call them and they would be there to help me. They even checked with me later in the evening just to make sure I made it to my destination okay! The customer service and the quality of their work was exceptional! They truly care about their customers and as I said, treated me like I was family. I highly recommend Interstate Towing!!!

This is the worst business and group of people I have ever met. They towed my truck from my…read moreapartment complex when there was no parking left due to a busy weekend. When I went to go pick it up, they were rude and had negative customer service skills. The man I talked to appeared to be the owner and he couldn't give more than one word, angry replies. Then told me that it was going to be $305. CASH. What kind of business is charging $305/tow with a lot full of cars and doesn't accept a credit card?!? Without a doubt these guys are avoiding taxes and should be shut down; both for legal reasons and because they have the worst customer service, people skills, empathy etc. Do not take your car here, do not give these people your hard earned money. And if you do get towed, be ready cause these guys suck. Also, the ATM down the street doesn't work and its the only one in a 10 mile radius.

These RACIST idiots charged my husband $328 to pick his car up after being on their lot for maybe…read more10 hours; WE PAID IT. His car was missing a battery and we needed to install a new one in order for us to move it, which they wanted us to pay $75 for. Our mechanic simply asked them how can we move the car without the battery; because of him asking this question they then decided to block our car in and demanded that we pay ANOTHER $375 to let us off of their lot. My husband offered the $75 just so we can go on about our way, BUT NO!! Every time my husband asked about us being able to leave peacefully, they taxed $100 just for us to leave. Needless to say, we were not able to drive away in OUR car.
