I got Techron complete fuel system cleaner. When it rang up, the price was $18.79 pre tax and $20.06 post tax. I was about to pay but then I stopped because that wasn't the price I saw, which was like $10. So I go look at the shelf and see that it's $10.79. I tell the cashier and she comes over. She points out that $10.79 was for the "smaller bottle". At a glance, they all look the same size! There were 7 bottles across 4 shelves. The top two shelves said $10.79 and the bottom said $16.59. At a glance, all of the bottles look the same size. There was ONE bottle that was smaller than the rest. To add to the confusion, the tag/label doesn't include the size.... To make matters worse, when I pointed out the difference in price ($16.59 vs $18.79), I was told the label wasn't even the right price and that it needed to be changed -__- Needless to say, paid the $20.06. While the staff person was polite and apologized, the store needs to be sure the right prices are labeled and things are in the correct spot to prevent confusions and issues as suck.

All those parts almost nobody needs, the car I came in for was never touched after being in there for a month, in the end they will probably just be thrown out or scrapped for nothing which is pretty sad because I could've used them just not for what they want and their attitude, the place is very understaffed and had a line of 10 people when trying to figure out why it costed so much. I did a little research before and found out code 4 can mean a timing belt change needs to happen around 100k-105k miles and my honda had around 101k. When i got the printout of recommended services nothing was explained to me, or why certain things were needed. I asked about the timing belt and the person at the desk told me I have a timing chain. After leaving I did more research and called a couple other mechanics, and I do have a timing belt. and if it's not changed around 100k-105k thousand miles the belt can snap and destroy the engine! We called today to ask why they told me 1. I had a chain and 2. why none of the timing belt maintenance was added to my invoice. They couldn't really give me a straight answer and just said that they just printed out what the computer said. So if you have a honda go to somewhere that knows what the honda codes mean, and can explain to you what actually needs to be done.

The first time we set up the bed (it was set up for our walk through the), we discovered that the bed was sliced in half at the fold. After we called, they did the replaced the bed with a much cheaper/lower quality bed. We were also told the sales and service reps that all the maitenace had been done (oil change, filters, etc). In three months & 800 miles, the "Service B" notice appeared. When the Mercedes dealer did the maintenance, they told us that no maintenance had been done on it for the last 1 & 1/2 years at least. When they tried the change the air filter, they discovered a huge rats nest inside the air box. The the cost of the "Service B" was over $1,200. The sales manager and my sales rep apologized and promised to reimburse us. That was 5 months ago. After 2 follow up phone calls and one less than pleasant visit to the dealership, it seems obvious that they have no intention of making the reimbursement. If you do business with Blue Compass (and I'm not saying you shouldn't), just be careful and be more vigilant than I was. In the words of Ronald Reagan, "trust but verify".
