I brought the truck in later that day for the work. Later on I received a call that all was finished. All in all I am very happy with the work that was performed. After getting it repaired at a dealership, they confirmed the work performed by Point S was poor quality and we were lucky to have gotten off the road before the wheel fell off. We went back to Point S for compensation for the repair and a refund for the original work. After talking with the shop manager and the owner, they paid for the dealership repair however they felt our lives were not worth the $690 amount of the original work performed by them.
