Store is large but cages left blocking isles and abandoned. Home Shoppers are rude, pushing past you or leaning over you and also 2 shoppers blocking an isle while chatting in their native tongue despite customers politely asking them to let them past. However you do have an amazing member of staff always smiling very helpful and good at helping find items around the store. Her name is Karen Joans, she appears to work in the Toiletries Department, nothing is to much for her and despite her walking disability she has taken me to several isles in the store to find things I couldn't. You need more staff like her giving a better valued service. read more

Everything you need, clothes, electrical, food, drink. There are usually bargains to be had. The male assistant of wine was very helpful to me. Lots of parking and a petrol station. There is a good amount of trolleys. Bright and airy shop. read more

This is a good branch of Tescos and is the best supermarket in the area in my opinion. It is fairly large and so has a wide selection of goods. It also has home, clothes and stationary sections, often at very competitive prices. The store gets very busy at peak times like weekends. The till staff are a mixed bag, some are very efficient, others less good. The prices are very competitive. The shop is sensibly laid out. There is ample free parking. read more

Not a bad Tesco with plenty of parking. There is a great selection and the Tesco is well organised. It's close to the premier inn so great for getting some last minute items or just items in general. read more

We were recently in the area for the Tempest Rally and called in here for breakfast. There was no doubt this was a great call, the restaurant was clean and tidy and we were served quickly and efficiently. The overall shop shocks everything you could want and like all the Tesco's stores club cards are valid here. There is a large car park with plenty of parking including parent and child and disabled. Average Tesco, but a good range of East Asian and Polish Food

Good branch, Have most things in stock. Only one bad thing the Bakery was shut down for poor hygiene recently thats my only qualms.

This Tesco generally has good stock levels and staff are helpful. If you go late, it can be tricky to get round the staff trolleys for shelf stocking. Good parking and lay out in store. read more

Recently I purchased a large lump of continental cheese from the Deli counter, and was horrified to find inside it a large hard foreign object. Hampshire Environmental Health said that I should approach the firm to deal with it, which I did, expecting a miserable response. In practice, senior personnel met me, and were in turn duly horrified, and have taken it up with their supplier. Their customer response was great, and not what I had anticipated from Tesco. Incidentally, I was able to get at the store some cooking ingredients that I had previously failed to get at get at other local supermarkets, and the staff response to my searching for them were excellent. The shop does get high ratings from me, albeit that one has to know one's stores to get the best from one's shopping. read more

Hopeless, cluttered, overpriced and depressing. For a large supermarket chain you would think that they would care more for their customers, but that is not the case, I visit the store when im in aldershot and I find the whole process is draining my soul, compared to other large tescos branches (Worthing, Leytonstone) the selection is poor for the size, the pricing seems higher, most of the staff are utterly useless, perhaps tescos should just get inflatable staff, its not like anyone is going to notice. Also compared to other stores the reductions are practically non existent, which makes me wonder how much food goes to waste as I have never seen the bread from the bakery been reduced (ive checked on numerous occasions) the meat/fish/general reductions section if you can call it that is a shamble, ive had a look at 11:40pm and a lot of meat products that will be past their sell by date has only been reduced minimally yet in 20 mins it will have to be taken off the shelf and disposed of, its the same story at the hot food counter, it seems a shame that so much food is wasted that could have been sold, id much rather go to the sainsburys in farnahm where the staff are helpful and friendly, there is normally always a good bargain about and on the whole my shopping is substantially cheaper than in tescos read more
