As a retail park location, it carries the benefit of having free parking right outside the store, which makes it easy to get your groceries and the rest of your shopping home. I was disappointed with the Cafe here, while I did enjoy the views of the car park (much nicer than it sounds!), the availability of menu items could have been better, I was told they wouldn't have cheese for the jacket potato after ordering, so I had to opt for just tuna instead. I don't understand how they could run out of something so basic, surely it would have made sense to get the cheese from their Food Hall area? I was disappointed with my jacket potato in general, I think they tried to overload it with tuna to make up for the lack of cheese, once I actually got to the potato, it was dry and unseasoned... I would have also preferred a side salad compared to slaw, as the slaw was hard and was a little dry/bland too... Disappointing. I was also a little disappointed with the selection in the Food Hall, a couple of items which I wanted to purchase were out of stock, I also picked up an apple juice drink which was open and I ended up spilling it on my hand, I get this could have just been a troublesome customer but after politely letting the staff know, they seemed disinterested. A useful store to have in Saint Helens in a convenient location, the store still has a nice feel to it but could be so much better. 3*

The young woman was very kind and professional and helped my mum and dad with the shopping into the house, I just want to say to that young woman thank you soo much as my mum and dad both have disabilities and suffer with picking heavy stuff up and I couldnt get down to help so I sincerely want to say thank you for your fantastic , hard and professional work. My mum and dad order as they cant go to the store themselves and this young woman is the first that has actually helped to put the bags into the house for them and reassured them. So to you Emma Kay thank you soo much for your professionalism and for being very friendly with them

Morrisons do offer great products some can be expence others can be very cheap, i think it depends on the offers etc at the time. This morrisons is very large and staff offer good customer service. Theres also a wynsors store just out of the morrisons (come from checkouts streight into wynsors if you wish) which is handy when you want to do a big shop and look for some shoes without having to go all over town. Morrisons has a fresh counter range and i love the pies/sausage rolls they make but they are very pricey. However on the other hand in the past 2 weeks i have had some amazing bargains.. 1ltr Smirnoff vodka £11, 2ltr Pepsi buy 1 (£1.49) get TWO free, Baby jars 10 for £4, etc etc..

This is another example of how superstores are now catering for almost everything you may want…read more Despite having almost the same products at, mostly, very similar prices to the ASDA which is within spitting distance (Yeuch!), both store carparks are usually full and the owners of the cars almost always in the shops spending money. They stock all the usual Tesco goods plus clothes, toys, household items, white goods, in fact, almost everything could want to buy on a normal afternoon shopping trip. The checkouts are efficient and the supervisors are often on hand to guide you to the least busy till. All of the staff have, in my experience, shown themselves interested in doing their jobs with as much cheerfulness as they can.

The things I like best about this particular store is that its not too large in size; Ive been to some branches of Tesco and they seem to be too big. The walk from toilet rolls to beans seems to be miles long! I get lost in them! But theres no danger of that in this Tesco because its just the right size! Theres a nice cafe and the toilets are always clean and looked after which is an added bonus. I think others would agree with me because I find its always so busy!!

They have all the essential thing including ding meals, they come in handy now and again!!! Fresh fruit, vegetables, meats and milk, sweets, chocolates, good wine and a small frezzer what more could a busy lady need. Open from 7.30am until 11pm everyday except over Christmas and new year when the hours change. The staff are all good and the shop is bright and clean. Now there is one problem, the only place to park is directly outside and it's always dumper to bumper, thats why it's better for me to walk across.
