Absolute con and no means of contact.
Visited store on 26th September, spent over £5.00 , actually was £5.35 which was to satisfy parking rules and can be proven with bank and clubcard points statement. Parked and left within 2 hours as per photo's from Horizon and I had validated ticket by inputing code and machine confirmed validation. I have been sent fine. What a scam. Can't contact Tesco or branch direct only online shopping, ticket fine issued the 6th Oct Sept and didnt receive until today the 13th Oct, parked 26th Sept, which doesnt give me long to pay their false demand / scam. I feel scammed.
What if I had gone on holiday? How is it fair you just get a week to pay something which has been unfairly issued before its increased.
This cant be legal, surely?
It seems like they have found a way to extort money from people with a loophole and tactics to make you feel under time pressure to pay for fear of it increasing. Surely if it shows I parked under 2 hours and prove I made transaction in store over £5.00 within time parked then what am I being fined for? read more
