It can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment with your actual doctor but they have lots of other doctors and the staff are always helpful and will find space for you if it's urgent. As well as doctors, Arlington Road Surgery has several practice nurses, various clinics, psychotherapists and health visitors.

5 trips to receive 1 letter, in the end after submitting a written letter of what was needed we…read more didn't even get the letter, not impressed, no communication from reception to doctors and told rebooking for urgent things are 2 weeks or a week for a private doctors telephone call, this surgery doesn't care if your bringing them a patient with learning difficulties, and there is no privacy when ur at the reception desk. this is not a personal attack because we didnt get what we wanted , its said because we didnt get what was needed

Appointments can be made on the same day and they will always do their best to squeeze you in or let you see another doctor. Electronic check in system ensures queues are dealt with quickly and though it is spread over a number of floors there is a lift available. The only problem is car parking as it is always fairly busy round the area. Waiting room appears clean though has the usual dated magazines and kids toys.

If your own GP is full, off that day etc you can be seen by another unless you would rather wait to see your own at the next available opertunity, which is perfectly acceptable to the receptionists. There is a chemist next door to the practice which is very convenient. They also run a family planning clinic once a week and a couple of other more specialised clinics on a weekly basis - possibly a diabetes one. They have several practise nurses too, who are excellent - friendly yet professional. Appointment times are very well kept to, with my longest wait ever being a paltry ten minutes. I can't praise this place enough. There is plenty of free parking too.

I've suffered with sciatica problems on and off over the years. I've tried different stretches,…read moremassages, physio treatments and even different chiropractors to help me with it - But these guys have always been the most helpful. The chiropractors themselves are really good. Thorough in checking you over and above all the treatment works! I've seen lots of therapists over the years but the chiropractors here have always been the best at fixing me. Not only did they help get rid of my pain, but they nicely nag/encourage me to look after myself in between times. I know it's for my own good and I appreciate the way they really want you to help yourself. They're often busy, so it's not always easy to get an appointment when you want - but they stayed late at the end of the day yesterday. Thank you so much for that. My sciatica is so much better today. Wished I'd come to you sooner. Thanks again.
