This branch of Tesco store, is badly located. It is on the outside of town, away from the busy centre. There has been a new bus system started recently though to make getting to the supermarket easy.
There is reasonable parking, but not enough really to accomodate busy periods, such as weekends.
Compared to other branches, the Newmarket store is quite small, and has limited ranges, for instance if you wanted to shop for clothes there are none here, or the electricals range is very limited, normally just the cheaper basic items can be found.
There is a very large food selection, though, with a wide range of fresh fruit and vegeatbles, a fish counter, fresh bakery, and fresh meats and cheeses, as well as all the aisles for your fridege, freezer and cupboard needs. There is also an instore pharmacy that is open late at nights, and a tobacco counter, and out in the car park there is a petrol station too.
There are lots of tills that are always open, including the self service ones, and there are many staff who are very helpful should you require their help. read more
