Be warned, however, that the store is now much too big for its car park. You will struggle for a place at peak times - often having to resort to parking in the Homebase car park that adjoins it. Once inside, it's a great store with large aisles and an airy feel. It has a vast array of non-consumable goods at very good prices (including clothing and electricals). The only real letdown here is the cafe unbelievably slow on and off peak, understaffed or undertrained. It's not a nice place to sit - nor is it a pleasant experience. Apart from that it's a great store with good customer service.

Alternatively parking is in the pay and display car parks or if you can find a space down Lower Brook Street.

Elswhere in store there is a traditional womens wear section and an excellent underwear department. There is a very large toy department, a haberdashery section, toiletries and girts, menswear, kitchen items, furniture and white good and a coffee shop and restaurant. It's an excellent place to shop and for those with the cards they also accept dividend cards. A good traditional palce to shop.

It's a fairly neat store, with a good mix of branded and unbranded goods. The particular attraction is the ease of parking at this store. And as it's a little out of town, it's never hideously busy. The central 2 aisles of weekly non-consumables do have the habit of becoming a bit shabby, but as a rule the store is clean and easy to get around. Veg is usually fresh - which isn't always the case with Aldi. You'll need a pound coin before you can unlock the trolleys - and do remember to take reusable bags to avoid extra cost. A good all-rounder.

There are cash points outside. This store sells everything you would expect from Tesco's but also offers clothes, toys, luggage etc. The store is well laid out. The isles are spacious and there is plenty of room to maneuver your trolley. The food is well presented and fresh. There is also a nice deli counter, where the staff serving you are clean, polite and helpful. The shelves are regularly stocked and if you ask any of the floor staff where an item is they are happy to show/advise you. The prices are very reasonable and there are always excellent deals on there products. They have a good sized restaurant/coffee shop with a varied menu, which is reasonably priced.

Last Saturday, we had an order through our Sainsbury's App (2nd time…read morewe have ordered from them) and within an hour or two of our expected delivery, we got a text that our order had been cancelled. When we tried to sign in to the app, we got an error message that our account was locked. We immediately called the number that was provided to find out what happened. We were told that they didn't know, but that we could appeal the issue. (We didn't know what the issue was). One week later and after 3 calls to customer service and many, many messages on Twitter and Facebook, we have NO idea what happened, can't access our account and are completely baffled as to why Sainsbury's would have such horrible customer service. I will never, ever shop there again. We ordered from Tesco and had a lovely experience. We have two small children and no car, so delivery had been a good option for us. Never, ever use Sainsbury's App for home delivery. This could happen to you! So disappointed in thIs a store!

The Hadleigh Road Sainsbury's is a bit of a strange case. It's slap bang in the middle of town, but…read morealways easy to park. Another curiosity is that its petrol will often be cheaper than the mega-store across town. The extra 2 miles from Warren Heath can be worth travelling to avoid the parking hassles and save on petrol. It's not as bright or large a store as Warren Heath though it does still carry clothing and electricals. Though it's not as flash as Warren heath, it really is worth considering for a weekly shop and has good disabled access too.
