I am completely baffled!!! Last Saturday, we had an order through our Sainsbury's App (2nd time we have ordered from them) and within an hour or two of our expected delivery, we got a text that our order had been cancelled. When we tried to sign in to the app, we got an error message that our account was locked. We immediately called the number that was provided to find out what happened. We were told that they didn't know, but that we could appeal the issue. (We didn't know what the issue was). One week later and after 3 calls to customer service and many, many messages on Twitter and Facebook, we have NO idea what happened, can't access our account and are completely baffled as to why Sainsbury's would have such horrible customer service. I will never, ever shop there again. We ordered from Tesco and had a lovely experience. We have two small children and no car, so delivery had been a good option for us.
