It sells…read moreeverything you would expect, mostly frozen foods, but also bread, milk, cheese etc. I'm not over keen on this shop. I don't even really know why. I do find it disappointing, though. Iceland used to do a really good range of vegetarian foods but now they don't seem to stock anything very interesting, and I always leave feeling a little depressed. I don't expect it did their business much good when Tesco opened a massive Tesco Extra right next door!

The staff are always helpful and queues are seldomly long at the checkouts. The shelves are always well stocked and have plenty of cut price famous brands. It is well placed next to the exit doors so if you find you have a lot of shopping you will not have to carry it far. As its name suggests the main item in the shop is frozen food but there is also a good stock of other items.

We were as spoiled for choice as a group of fifty year old builders indecisively looking through a lunchtime chip shop menu. We ended up buying some bread, some butter, the largest cucumber we could get our grubby hands on, the cashier's left ear, and a WW2 German standard issue Karabiner 98 Kurz that we found in the fresh produce isle. We then strolled into the defecation facilities to unearth an elderly gentleman, standing abrace with his right leg on the counter, gently trimming his long, luscious locks of genital hair into the sink with a WW2 German standard issue Seitengewehr 84/98 rifle bayonet that he too found in the fresh produce section. "Are you in need of any assistance?" Billy kindly asked with a look of pure intrigued hope in his eyes. The man confirmed and we got to work. After grooming the man's fantastical follicles, we made our way to the till where we exchanged currency, a total of 16 Great British Pound Sterling, for the goods and services that we had acquired on that particular shopping visit. Ideal for a fill up on the way to work/shop and eaqually on the way home for those things you have forgotten. There are approximately 10 pumps and they are always busy. Sometimes I find it quite frustrating when I am waitin behind my chosen pump for someone to finish walking round the isles. The garage stocks a good supply of essentials and often has special prices on items.You can pop in for your newspapers and there is a small selection of fresh breakfast items to accompany it. Outside is parking if you just want to shop. There are 2 cash points and an air line and hoover.The fuel prices are always reasonable against other places in the area.
