have been shopping at your Victoria road store for many years, have always found good value, but of…read morerecent months, it would appear things are as good, shelves half empty, badly layed out, shortage of staff etc, and most recently you've gone to more self service sections, something a lot of people my age, definitely do not like. in addition to this, now that the upper floor car park is completed, will the car parking restrictions be still 2hrs, or might you consider extending it to 3hrs, there by giving us the time to use the cafe for lunch or snack ? Although Iceland shops are never the same size as the bigger supermarkets they do manage to carry quite a large stock of both frozen, chilled and non food items. Theyhave weekly specials which are worth nipping in for, especially items like king prawns. A non food bargain which I have discovered lately are their own brand toilet rolls. A great deal at £1 for 4 and just as good as the fancier brands. Seems to have quite a high turnover of staff but all are usually friendly and helpful.

Iceland food is good value for money.I don't think i've had any substandard food except i bought a pack of yogurts which were out of date by a week.They sent me an apology and a gift voucher.

It has the feeling of a corner shop which you can just nip into for a few bits with the stock of a larger supermarket where youc an do the weekly shopping. Always find a bargain in the reduced sections and the staff are willing to help you find what you need for a certain recipe or if you've got special dietry requirements. Are good at putting more people on checkouts at busy times and the staff do try to make things run smoothly. Have often been given free samples and special offers without being asked!

This is a freezer shop who prefer well valued goods over well known brands. Less choice but good…read morefood with some extras that you always need; milk, bread, biscuits ice cream! Well extras that some of us always need. A busy shop that keeps the staff working hard to stock the freezers. Sharing space with a Nettos and Matalan there are plenty of car parking spaces and with a good bus service just outside.
