Worst supermarket I've ever encountered…read more Car park is cramped poorly lit and chaotic. Cars and pedestrians everywhere. Accident waiting to happen. far too small for volume of shoppers. You have to pay to park. I do not know any other supermarket that does this. Complete lack of stock. Lack of staff. Visited this supermarket Easter Monday. It was like the end of the world. With very long queues. Shoppers trippoing over each other. The entrance and exit is too small, as it is difficult to navigate the multitude of shoppers. Always a lack of shallow trolleys outside. Staff are rude, ignorant and unhelpful. A very, very poorly run supermarket. It is a joke. I will never shop here again, it is absolutely horrendous. Brentwood desperately needs a rival supermarket.

i believe they should have a complete revamp on the store. this local shop and it has not changed a…read morebit. the floors are dirty and they use cardboard as carpet. they sell things a corner shops shouldnt sell like deodrant next the newspapers. The price of food is very high. I once bought toilet roll there and it on the packet that it was 75p but they charged me one pound 45. there is a lack of hygiene as there is a flat on top they can use the shop as their own personal space like clothes hanging up on the shelf. many a time i have been there and a smell of food is apparent and is smelt at least 50 yards away from the shop. one more thing is the food you buy there many a time i have heard reports of sweets being overdate. and food kept in a wrong condition like disenfectant near the biscuits and cake which have been none to be overdate. I hope they red this and relise how bad it really is.

The carpark is rather small and shared with other stores at the site…read more This is quite a small store and there is not a clothes department so don't get excited that you can squeeze in a bit of clothes shopping whilst pretending to do the weekly shop. I find this shop very oddly arranged nothing is where you expect it to be and somethings are really well hidden. Apart from all that you can expect the usual Asda bargains and counters bakery etc. and a pharmacy. There are self scan checkouts so this will speed up the shop but leave extra time for hunting down what you are looking for.
