Phone shop, the customer service skills from the young tanned skin ,male in there, and the foul mouthed, staff member called Zoe who practically said, " carnt you see that its closed, now!!, the glass doors are shut! Me and my partner were stood waiting for five minutes, and i knew exactly what i wanted!! Last week i spent just over £300 in that store on birthday presents, groceries and fuel, on an average week its between £100/£150 per week inc fuel, i cannot believe how disgusted we were, its a shame that these two totally unprofessional, have let tescos down as much as they have.. i did see the duty manager nick who took my name,! Totally unprofessional all round,, it seems to me that several of the staff in that particular store need lessons in customer service skills, staff shouting to each other from tills to staff on aisles or from one till to another its always the younger ones i find the middle aged ones are lovely and helpful Maybe if the older ones were to have more authority it would teach the younger the correct way to treat the customers. read more
