horrible service, I'm still waiting after 2 weeks for my floral delivery. they continue to say it is out for delivery. this company claimed to be local when I called, they were not! finally asked where are you located- reply NJ . this was after contacting them 3 times to verify. nothing done to fix their error. be warned! they will scam you!! If i could leave no stars I would. I ordered flowers on Wednesday 3-29-23 for same day delivery. Got a call from the florist asking if they could deliver on Thursday. Ok, no problem. Friday 3-31, I asked the recipient if they received the flowers and to my surprise, NO, they did not receive them. I called on Friday, gave them my order number then they left me on hold over 20 mins. Now when I call, no one answers the phone. Dishonest florist. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I wish i could give 0 stars. The are not local! Canceled my order 3 hours before funeral then hung up on me. They are a "broker", not a florist. I normally call a local florist to order but fell for the convenience of a late night online order. They also have a bbb.org score of 1. Luckily, i called a real local florist not an 800 number, and they came through for me. read more

Do not waste your money! I have a friend with special needs in the hostpital. This florist said they would not send just a large teddy bear and balloons. I had to order overpriced flowers along with them... Which I did. When the delivery arrived... No teddy bear! They refused to deliver just the bear to fix their mistake. The bear was the whole point of this order to begin with. read more

I ordered WEEKS AGO to ensure that I would have flowers, balloons, and chocolates delivered on Valentine's Day. Then today, ON VALENTINE'S DAY, they email me at almost 1pm to inform me that they won't be able to deliver my order due to stock issues. No offer of another flower bouquet or anything- just sorry, we can't deliver and you'll receive a refund. They literally had one job, ONE JOB on the biggest flower giving day of the year. And they not only failed, but left me out and out because now there's no way to get flowers delivered. Go somewhere else. read more

Don't waste your money. Advertisements are lies. I upgraded my order to a "deluxe" bouquet for my mom and it was pathetic. Not even as big as the smallest size I could have ordered. They used a tiny vase and completely different flowers and colors than what I purchased. "Bouquet envy" more like "bouquet embarrassment." I asked them to deliver what I ordered and they told me their policy states that if they're low on stock, they can reduce the size of your bouquet and use different flowers. Why wouldn't they tell me? Or give me the option to choose something in stock? Or at least not charge my "deluxe" upgrade? They delivered 3 little roses instead of the 14 pictured (which is 14 just on one side of the bouquet). Look at these photos. read more

I can't believe I'm required to give one star. Terrible company, as you can see from the other reviews. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, they didn't arrive, and when I called they told me the order had been canceled because they couldn't fulfil it. Still haven't seen a credit to my card so I may have to stop payment. Terrible customer service to boot. Stay away. read more

They are a scam. I ordered 5/5 to be delivered today. The day of delivery: "This is XX from Terry's Florist.  I'm calling regarding your order for (Person). Unfortunately, we won't be able to fill your order because we are having a technical glitch right now. So the best thing that we could do for you right now is to refund your order, and please expect the money back to your account within 24 hours or depending on your bank's time frame. We will send an email confirmation as soon as we processed your refund. Sorry again for this and thank you so much for understanding.  For questions you can call us back at (888) 507-9738. Why didn't I follow my own rule of looking at reviews before ordering??? UGH!! I was in too much of a hurry. I reached out to Terry's Florist and they stated that their substitution policy states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability.... SO EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED THE "DELUXE AS SHOWN" they can basically send whatever the heck they want. read more

I should have read the reviews. I live out of state and I ordered flowers for a funeral. What was delivered looks nothing like what I ordered and NOT worth the $90 price tag of a premium bouquet. Guess I should be greatful ANYTHING was delivered at all based on these reviews. read more

I'm sick that I spent the money, thinking I was ordering from a local florist where my friend is in the hospital! The bouquet she received is horrendous! I wish I read reviews before ordering from here! I placed an order online (chose a RECOMMENDED BOUQUET), payment went through, and I received a confirmation email. I received a call the following morning saying they could not complete my order because they "don't have flowers". When I called back to follow up they told me they could not fulfill any flower delivery order. Worried this place is a scam and they now have my credit card information. Will be canceling my card ASAP. I don't recommend shopping here as I am not even sure it is a real flower place and you will only be informed of an issue after you have given them your information!! Big Yikes! read more

Ordered for a funeral. Thought they were local family owned business. Nothing of the sort. Claimed"supply chain issues so no flowers until next day; then delivery driver "sick" so no flowers. I wish I had found the reviews prior to placing my "local" order, but my experience with this company wasn't nearly as bad as others. I don't know if I would use them again, but I am thankful to not be entirely disappointed as some others were. read more

I ordered an arrangement for my friends 75th birthday and I was very specific with what I wanted. It's is called an exotic Grace arrangement in their website. I paid extra for the premium flowers which means the arrangement should be fuller. The fullest and best they have to offer. I received a call the day of delivery to tell me that they didn't have the exact flowers to which I asked to see a picture of the sub flowers. Only to find out that there is not bro k and mortar florist/ they are a greenhouse that is based out of New Jersey! I specifically stated NO carnations as I paid 118.00 for this arrangement and didn't want it filled with cheap flowers. Well as you can see in the photo there are 3 carnations and some other filler cheap flowers. Hardly worth 118.00!! They told me I could file a complaint if I didn't like them. I promptly did just that. They offered me a whopping 22.00 refund!! Are you kidding me!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!! read more

If I could do zero I would. They say they are in your area, but they are not. If you contact them you are sent over seas. You cannot even understand the person on the phone. This is a horrible scam. Like every other of the 51 reviews on here, I discovered too late that this place is a scam. I spent a lot of money placing an order in plenty of time on a very important day, but like everyone else that said there was a shortage and could not deliver. They go out of their way to advertise what they are able to deliver and what is in stock, yet fail seemingly every time. Some reviews on here suggest they obtain your credit card info, cancel your order, then fraudulently use the card or sell the info to someone who will. At best this place is very poor at what they do, at worst it is an out of state fraud scheme. You have been warned! read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!!!!! This is a scam! My husband ordered some flowers at 10:19am found out after supposedly that it was cancelled due to shortage at 9:30am. read more

I was in need of a Peace Lily as a sympathy gift. I searched for a "local" florist in Belvidere, IL. Terry's florist came up first and appeared to be a quick an easy option. This was very misleading. They are not a local florist anywhere. Additionally, I never received a confirmation email (luckily I had taken a screen shot). They did leave me a phone message (via a 1-888 number so thought it might be spam) that mentioned they didn't receive their supplies so they cancelled the order and would refund me. I did not receive an email to this matter. I will say that the woman I spoke to in customer service was very nice. read more

This place is a sham. They come up in many cities across US but they are really in Nevada when you call their moronic customer service team, which their phone is 888.507.9738. They advertise they deliver same day, but the delivery never takes place. My delivery was Edgewood NM which they said they were in Edgewood NM (this is a lie). They never called me to tell me delivery never happened. I got an email saying it was delivered. I asked my Sister if she liked her plant and she said she never got a plant. I had to email them several times & call them a few times. This place should be investigated by State Departments of Justice/Attorney Generals. I will be advising AMEX to dispute the charge and to stop doing business with them. Highly recommend you DO NOT USE THEM. They are liars and thieves. Update: I called them 3 times today, talked to Steven last time and they hang up on me, won't let me talk to a manager, won't cancel the order even though it hasn't delivered. read more

Don't buy any flowers from this website. I ordered flowers for an immediate families funeral service and they did not deliver. I spoke with 4 individuals who assured me that they were "local" in Rhode Island and had 25 years experience catering to locals. I asked them if they were located near the service, and they said yes, they redirected my selection to another choice and stated it would arrive before the service. Then I receive a call one hour before the service from another vendor "Ray, from Bruce roses" who states "unfortunately ma'am I won't be able to fill the order since were having a supply chain issue so the best thing for now is to press the full refund for your order". What!!!!!Why didn't the individuals I spoke with yesterday inform me so that I could have found a "reliable, real florist". They do not deliver, and I have to wait for a refund (Are you kidding me?). I asked and they flat out lied to me. Can you imagine how bad I feel, a funeral mass cannot be repeated. Check for address of the business on the website, and check the Better Business Bureau for actual businesses. read more

Ordered 3 items for delivery, only one of the three were delivered and wasn't what I ordered. I tried calling but didn't have an option to speak to a person so I sent an email about what happened and said no big deal just refund the two items that I never received. Andrea asked me to send a picture of what I received so I did and then she went silent on me. Two days later I sent another email letting them know I was pissed off now and this needs to be taken care of. They replied that they were going to look into the matter. A week later and I'm still waiting on my refund. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I've never been so angry with a purchase & customer service in my whole life!!! These liars got $150 from us for day of delivery. They texted us that there was an issue and to call them but absolutely no one would answer until we said we wanted to place an order rather than talk about a current one. When we finally got through on 5 separate tries they told us they can't deliver till Monday (the person that would receive them is literally dead..like wtf?!?!) asked for a refund and was hung up on. Do yourself a favor and just light your money on fire... WASTE OF MONEY!!! These people are complete scammers that don't care about their customers or quality. SUCH A JOKE! This company should legit be shut down. The orchid I ordered for my sister came half dead and looked like it had fallen over in the truck. It then died within a week. I kindly contacted customer service for a refund and then 'generously' offered a 37.5% refund...literally they DO NOT care about you, your satisfaction, your loyalty...nothing. read more

Placed order on Fri, same day delivery was claimed on site. Received a text stating the delivery truck was at its capacity and flowers would be delivered the next day (Sat). That was totally cool since I hadn't expected the "same day" delivery to begin with. On Mon I checked to see if delivery has been made. It had not and - the truck broke down on Sat - the flowers were not scheduled to be delivered on Mon, either. They suggested I cancel the order. I said I would prefer the flowers still be delivered on Tues if they could manage that. They said "OK", but call in the morning to make sure they went out. They were delivered but now, a week later, I am trying to get my receipt. And no, they did not offer any sort of compensation for their oversight - not even a delivery charge refund. What is going on over there? read more

If I could rate 0, I would. These people are not even local! I ordered a lavender and white bouquet for my mom's 85th Birthday. Those colors are very important to us and the I was up sold by the call in provider. My mom received a small bouquet of red and purple flowers with no smaller flower or spray as seen in the photo. There were three carnations and three roses all red with a spring of purple in the middle. Not at all a $54.00 bouquet. A child could have put this together better. When I asked for a replacement order, they took days to get back to me and then said their policy says if they do not have the right flowers, they can change the flowers or colors. What is the point of ordering a special arrangement if they do whatever they want? Awful company, Awful response, disgraceful to say they would credit me back $10.00. Really? Shame on you!!!!!!
