I went into the shop on Saturday & I was not impressed. The display was just a load of carpet rugs chucked up a wall & very poor presentation. There were no staff & the staff that were there just could not be bothered to help or assist us. I would not recommend using this company at all. read more

Absolutely awful customer service. Wouldn't finish the work over the sake of a few quid when they have had the majority of the money for best part of a week and then expect us to wait until the following day for parts they didn't have prepared. Charged for parts that apparently do not exist! Wickes have the bits for future reference guys, although I would expect supposed 'professionals' to know this already. Finished off poorly. Charged for other parts not received and all the mess and rubbish left behind. Can't rate lower than 1 star. Stay clear! read more

Terry's carpets have been carpeting the fylde coast for years and have have used there services on lots of occasions, I have always found the service fast, reliable and very reasonably priced read more

terrys carpets are very unreliable in giving quotes etc.when you speak to them on the phone they are uninterested in what u say.people if you want new carpets go elsewhere for good service. read more

We had a hall and stairs carpet fitted before Christmas and had them back 3 times as it wasn't right. Got them to bind a piece of carpet to make it into a rug. Actually thought they would do it for no charge due to all the difficulties we had but no the charge was £30. Before I paid for the rug the binding was unraveling and I noticed the corners were not straight. I took the rug back to be told it wasn't like that when it left here! The man then put his head down and refused to answer anymore of my questions. Ileft the rug and refused to pay for it. There were 4 people in the office when I was making my complaint and nobody seemed to bother. Customer service very poor. This was in the warehouse near Asda. We gave used Terry's carpets on a number of occasions but will look elsewhere in the future. read more

Carpet rucking, underlay not laying straight under the carpet. Carpet fitter hammered in the screws…read moreto the threshold bars instead of screwing them and they are now coming out. The bars need to be replaced in order to get a good fixing. The guys in the shop don't want to deal with the problems with their carpet fitters. The carpet fitters said they had dealt with the problems when they hadn't. If the owner didn't have the ability of a small child in handling complaints and the carpet fitters weren't liars my experience of purchasing carpets would've been a lot better. The website says the carpet fitters are experts. They are only expert in lying.

They come out and measure up for you and are very efficient. They do have carpet books you can look through and order if you don't need it immediately. Quite a good range of offcuts too for smaller rooms. They also have a nice selection of Lino at good prices Car Parking is available on the road sometimes or you can park in Bethsda Car Park just round the corner.
