On checking the internet he is right, they are summer tyres for a car, not the 4x4 tyres to pull a boat up a slippery slipway that I had asked for. Beware of what you are buying.

And Yapps would not be a bad place to end up outside when the engine finally cuts out. They're happy to help clueless people like me that still don't understand why you fill the car with petrol at the back when the engine's at the front, and they won't take you for a ride either. They have standard prices for everything and they'll talk you through it first. It's as cheap a service as you can expect from car related things and their service is really fast.
