Filled up Truck with gas $$ got large cups with ice no soda or liquid. Wanted to charge me full price for not getting any kind of liquid (even water) so 1 cup with the ice was thrown in the trash. What a waist of $ for Terrible (name is fitting). Should have said was complementary and would have yelped with 4 stars. Makes 0 cents. $2 for ice in a cup and now waisted for the land fills. Price on sign shows cash price 2.85. Went to get change & was charged 3.29 a gallon. When asked why, they said we pumped "Chevron " fuel. The Terrible fuel "out back pumps" is the cheaper fuel. There was nothing indicating the pumps were different. Maybe when u go in to inconvenient yourself to pay cash, they might want to advise you the "cash price" is for pumps in "the back". Nice stop on a drive through lots of empty space where Arizona meets California. They have all the regular convenience foods you'd expect and some interesting snacks such as salami & cheese. The lady at the cash register was very friendly & helpful The rest room was clean though tagged up. Not a whole lot the business can do. I would stop again if I came this way again. read more

This is the first gas station coming into Parker Arizona from California. Like everyone else we decided to stop to fill up before heading to our campsite. It took forever to try and get gas that we literally drove out and went to a more accessible spot with less traffic. Don't bother! There are 4 more gas stations down the road. This is for the Starbucks that Terribles is responsible for. They make the prices so be very aware. It's at least 35 to 50 % higher than the Starbucks inside the Safeway, and even that one is awful. This store inside Terribles apparently likes to pretend that you're not standing right in front of them. And to make matters worse. Something that normally costs about 8 bucks was almost 15 bucks. And even worse is when a post about their bad bad bad customer service and pricing was put on a local Parker Arizona Facebook page, the store manager had the nerve to comment in the post and not very nicely. So it's no wonder they've gotten so many bad reviews within that post itself. Just blows my mind how that town finds bad service an ok thing. They defend it. So just go to the nice family owned, not a chain, Jumpstart. It's better and well... just better. read more

i came here to wash my car. put 5$ in this bay and the whole top started spraying and leaking everywhere. i went inside to try and get my 5$ back and the woman working said there was nothing she could do because her manager wasn't there. i had her call her manager and the manager told her on the phone all they can do tonight is block off the bay and told me to come back tomorrow for my 5$. i told them i don't live here in parker im from orange county and i couldn't just come back tomorrow. and then she proceeded to tell me again there was nothing they could do until tomorrow when her manger was back. in my opinion this is horrible customer service. the manager should have just told her how to open the register and give me my 5$. like come on it's 5$ and instead of making the customer happy they made a huge deal over 5 freak dollars. i hope the manager sees this and realizes she could have easily solved this issue and made me happy but instead they get one star and a shitty review. read more

Went here to get gas, water and a soda on sunday morning had my change thrown into my had with a severe attitude because I asked Shun "how much"? I asked Shun why the attitude and throwing my change he replied because I raised my voice at him? 2 words "how much" is all I said to him? When I asked him "your name is Shun" he replied "you know it don't forget it". Confused, some people should not work in service. read more

Great place to fuel before continuing on your journey. Bathrooms are clean. Fuel is usually the lowest in Parker.

We stop in here frequently whenever we go to the river. Very clean, nice people working here, and good selection of snacks and coffee.
