Amazing coffee. And fast! Was ready before I could even pay. Very modern place. Beautiful but not amazing comfort, still worth it though. The pastries were so soft and fresh!

Batch brew

$4.50 for a small batch brew which is certainly a premium price to start, but to leave an entire inch unfilled is frustrating. Small and cute cafe but did not meet expectations.

Americano

The barista was extremely helpful. Best Americano I've had in France. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Bathrooms were out of order. :(

ATTENTION !!! Make sure you grab your coffee before you get to the Eiffel tower. You'll thank me for that (:

ATTENTION!!! Grab your coffee before you go to the Eiffel to Small coffee shop with the very best coffee you can have around here. Fantastic counter service !!

Carrot cake

Adorable little cafe we found along the way from the Eiffel Tower to the tomb of napoleon. They make fresh baked goods (loved the carrot cake) and their espresso drinks were great. I really liked the special touches they do, with the carrot cake they heated it up on the grill to get it nice and warm and crispy.

Mochaccino (4,40 €) and long black (1,90 €)

We got croissant for breakfast from Le Champs des Delices, but unfortunately they didn't have serve coffee :( I yelped the closest coffee place and found Terres De Cafe. Wait a minute! I actually bookmarked Terres de Cafe. That is perfect!!!! Long black (1,90 €): what the heck is long black? Long story short....long black is the longer version of espresso, according to the barista. My coffee was so good. It was not too bitter, medium-bodied and had enough caffeine to literally kick me in the butt. I felt so much better and had more energy after sipping this tiny cup. Mochaccino (4,40 €): not too sweet and was just right. The mocha is not overpowering and it added just enough flavor to your coffee. It's almost like chocolate powder without the powderiness, if you know what I mean. Cozy and friendly, this tiny place has Indoor and outdoor seatings. They play hip music and the outdoor seatings are perfect for people watching. The worker was nice, very efficient and didn't rush us. 4.5 stars!! Terres De Cafe is yummylicious!!

You can't help but feel admirative of Élodie. Even when crowds of tourists are pouring it the store for their coffee shop, she finds time to ask if you enjoyed your cup of meticulously prepared drip coffee and bring you some water. Don't forget to tip them and show some patience during rush hours, they clearly deserve it

My mochaccino was delicious! With just chocolate flavor. The Long Black was yummilicious, not to bitter, but strong enough. This place is a small chill location. Hip music softly in the background. Enough for about 15 people inside and has outside seating along the sidewalk. This is definitely a return location!

Cappuccino and Mocha

We popped in to grab a coffee on our way to the Eiffel Tower. The shop was cozy and the cappuccino was fantastic!

Great cappuccinos! They offer oat milk as a non dairy option. Very close to the Eiffel Tower. 4.5 for a cappuccino so reasonably priced.

Seeking a unique coffee experience (and some good espresso after a morning at the Musée d'Orsay),…read morewe set out to try the oldest coffee roaster in Paris, Cafe Verlet. I immediately knew I was in the right place when we arrived - the cafe appeared as if it were in a snapshot from another era. From the window, I spotted an impressive display of jewel-toned jellied fruits and a coffee counter where you could purchase fresh beans and jams. The cozy seating area had a few tables set close together, and we were fortunate to be seated at the last open table. I ordered the cafe au lait, and my mom ordered the cafe glacé. The cafe au lait was brought out in an espresso mug and a pot of steamed milk - this way, you could add the desired amount of milk to your espresso. The espresso tasted smooth, and the milk was whipped to the perfect cloud-like consistency. I also tried a sip of my mom's cafe glacé, which was sweet and refreshing (the iced option also comes with a side of simple syrup). As a finishing touch, each beverage was delivered with a small square of chocolate. While pricier than a coffee at a typical cafe, this was one of the best cafe au lait I have ever tasted and worth every Euro. After savoring our coffee, we tried a few of the jellied fruits, which were sweet as honey and very decadent. We agreed that this was one of the coolest coffee experiences, as it truly felt like taking a journey back in time.

It's a very cozy shop like most Parisian restaurants so be prepared to sit inches next to your neighbor. My husband ordered the cafe allonge (Americano) which was served with a double shot of espresso and hot water on the side. I ordered a noisette (macchiato) which was perfect and beautifully made. Since it was the first bite of the day, he ordered the slice of toasted brioche with butter and homemade jam, while I ordered the bread basket with butter and jam. Their jam was amazing and grape I think, based on the seeds, color, and light taste. The butter was served warm with one small baguette of white and a square ciabatta roll that tasted like wheat. They sell jams, honey, cookies, coffee beans, and teas to go, and are in no hurry to rush you out of there. Enjoy the drinks, relax, and take your time.

I loved exploring and walking the streets of Paris (who doesn't?) to get to this cute little shop and it was not hard to find. I visited this shop at least 3 times while I was in Paris as it was comfortable and the coffee was absolutely delicious as was the pastries. Although I don't regularly eat pastries, you can't get out of Paris without trying their world famous croissants and pan de chocolat! Although I speak little French, after basic introductions and pleasantries in French and asking politely if they spoke English, they were very friendly and answered my questions before ordering. Please give Hexagone Cafe a try if you're visiting. You won't regret it!

A good thing too, as one of the founders is Stéphane Cataldi, named France's best coffee roaster in 2010 - and it shows in the quality of the brew in your cup. On our visit in September 2015, the featured Finca la Fany coffee beans had been sourced from the Ahuachapán commune in Salvador. An espresso is €2.50, a cappuccino €4. Team it with a tartine spread with butter and rhubarb and grapefruit jam, perhaps, or a slice of own-made cheesecake. Around €11 will get you a full breakfast: fresh orange juice, a creamy cappuccino and tartines. And if you want to jazz up your breakfast at home, peruse their shelves of ground coffee, coffee beans, salted caramel biscuits and pots of honey. You'll be happy to accept their loyalty card.

It was head and shoulders our favorite coffee shop in the City of Light, and we lowkey made our rounds. It's a small shop, but filled to the brim with life and passion. I'm normally not a pastry guy, but if I lived anywhere near Motors I would absolutely be a pastry guy. The cinnamon roll was light and delicate, as opposed to the overly sweet and dense ones I'm used to. We also got a vanilla pastry they were testing, and a sugar cookie with milk chocolate drizzled on top. Ugh, take me back, inject these into my veins. I got my goto hot black coffee, and you could taste the freshness of the beans. My girlfriend got a latte that had the most beautiful little flower art on it. How do they even do that? I'm proud of myself, as I knew even when we were sitting in here enjoying our pastries, hot coffees, and each other's company that this was a moment I would look back on and cherish. It's always great knowing it's one of those moments when you're actually in it. You can fully appreciate it. My one regret is that I didn't get the ladies name serving us, as she was so sweet, recommended great pastries, and was just a pleasant human being. They don't make em like sis anymore...
