The food here is perfect, and the owners ensure this quality with painstaking detail. The food is very fresh, light, and flavor-blasted. As with the other reviewer, I also suggest the "Magic Bo Bun". When your food is served, they take great care to make sure an even and perfect proportion of meat, vegetables, noodles, and sauce is given to each customer, and they ladle your food onto your plate with such care and love. This is perfect and must not change - it is what makes this place so special; however, I must warn you, eating here is a test of patience.* And I'm not talking about American fast-food patience - I know many French who have given up on the wait, but it is worth it.
