It was a very challenging job, as it was tenant occupied, full of furniture and misc. stuff everywhere. The tenant only gave us access to the condo for 2 days, with 7 hours per day to paint, and had to clean up after each day. Billy and his team of 2 painters were very careful to move the furniture away from the walls and cover it while painting. The windowsills had previously been covered in mold with paint peeling off, so Billy's team filled the uneven surfaces and re-caulked against the windows. They also sanded down the hundreds of holes in the walls that I had filled. Previously there had been grease dripping off the kitchen walls, which we tried to clean prior to painting. Thankfully Billy was able to cover the kitchen walls with a nice clean coat of paint. He didn't hesitate when I requested that he use an expensive paint from Benjamin Moore. Prior to starting the job, I had emailed Billy with various questions and a long list of tasks to ensure that we were on the same page. Billy always answered me very quickly, even if it was late at night. He was very respectful and professional at all times. Prior to the paint job, we had our condo listed for sale, for 4 months. After Billy's paint job of the entire condo, it looked bright and fresh again. We received a good offer, a few weeks later. I would gladly hire Billy Gray again for any future project work.
