Most of the staff are awesome! I've seen some customers behave in ways that I hope they are ashamed of later, but I have NEVER encountered the staff reacting negatively in those situations. The budtenders have recommended strains that have become some of my favorites. If I mention a certain effect I am looking for (relief from muscle pain), the budtenders will have recommendations of strains that will help achieve the desired effect. I also have seen the budtenders looking things up for customers who have questions despite a line of people waiting to check out. In my opinion, if the staff wasn't great, I would drive to Marion. I found Consume's customer service "mid" compared to Thrive's. I'll stick with Thrive.

With senior discount I paid $145 for something that was recommended by a team member. I was one of the very first customers and I've spent thousands of $$ in the Marion store and this never once happened. I'm beyond livid and I'm done.
