He finished the job early, was there every day working, not only that, but him and his team were beyond trustworthy, we just gave them the code to the house since we weren't living in it yet and let them work. And they worked, they cleaned, the did an amazing job......and they were fairly, competitively priced (I'd have paid more for the quality of work they did.) As we drove by on our way to another place. We decided to turn around and check out their stone for…read morea piece. We needed to cover the top of our fish tank cabinet tank, unfortunately had a leak in the bottom and had ruined the top of the cabinet since we only had one fish left, we brought him to the fish store and got rid of the tank and will now use the cabinet as an accent piece. We went into the store and spoke with a girl told her what we wanted. She took some info from us and then we went out into their yard to look at all of the different stone they had available. We only needed a piece, so we were looking at scraps. I knew the color ski I wanted. I didn't care if it was granite or something else. We walked around, looking at many many pieces, and I found peace in the colors I was looking for. The size was big enough for what we needed so we purchased it. we were back into the office we had to choose what kind of edging we wanted on the stone as well as what we wanted the corners to look like. That's included in the price of the stone. The cost was $324 which, of course I thought was pricey because I think everything is pricey. So now we are waiting for our peace to be finished. They both expressed genuine remorse and disappointment for the actions of the agent who worked for them. Brian informed me that he immediately terminated Jonathan Carrilles when he found out what happened, and has notified the appropriate licensing agencies. He has been actively working with the scammed homeowner and through my previous review we are able to identify another person Jonathan Carrilles scammed as well. When you're the owner of a company it's important to deal immediately, honestly and directly when something bad happens. Brian did this and I believe he is a man of high character and integrity.
