Two of the estimates were from well known roofing companies. Both of these estimates charged a lot and didn't even address the low pooling problem. Their bid amounted only to some quick patches and a roof coating using cheap materials. The third estimate that I got was from Tucson Roof Coatings. What a difference! They bid a job that would actually fix the problem. I cannot say enough good things about Justin and George. They are a father & son team that do outstanding work. I watched as they worked with great attention to detail taking great pride in doing the job right. The materials that they used were the best that money could buy. Justin explained everything that they were going to do in advance. These two really know what they're doing. I liked these two from the moment they pulled up in front of my house... Really good people. After the job was done, I was provided with dozens of photos (before, during and after the repairs). Very nice touch. Tucson Roof Coatings may or may not give you the lowest bid (they did for me), but I can certainly vouch that they will accurately bid a job done right at a fair price. Our conversation included his jumping up on ladder to soffit area where metal conduit was called for. The biggest plus, this electrician is not only competent but extremely efficient. (He had a family member helping bring him stuff.) Another crew charged with stucco work also noticed his skills. When you see guys getting contact details from your hire for future work, that speaks for itself, right? This project was so tiring before Carr-Conn because so many on this platform either do not reply, fail to show up, refuse to provide write up, or ask for $200+ an hour for actual time taken to complete. So if you want value, and an expert who stands capable, this one is a keeper.
