I didn't have a good feeling about the pair of guys that came out last year the young one didn't seem to know what he was doing and was taking direction from the older one and had to go up to the roof twice to do something all in all they took only 15 minutes and was charged over $100+ and didn't even take the time to put the screw back on the duct cover on the roof - very sloppy and unprofessional job! Thank you Better Way Roofing for a great job and thanks to honest Juan that took the time to correct the problem with the open duct on the roof dud to the incompetence of Sears!

I give this roofing company five stars!!!! For these reasons…read more 1.) Rafael (The Owner) came on time when Mariana ( The Office manager-secretary or over all the most trusted employee )from my own observation, said he was coming on the date and time scheduled. 2.) Rafael took the time and not rush through with his inspection and assessment of the roof and explained how damaged my roof was, which cleared up my question as to why I was seeing granules falling down from the roof everyday, after we have our recent hail storm. He further explained to me how the process goes (such as what will be done first, then after and how long it would take them to get it finished) if my husband and I ,so decide, to hire his company to do the replacement of the roof. Rafael is a good business man who have a reliable employee Mariana. 3.) Mariana was the person of contact all throughout and during this business transaction. When Mariana contacted me following my conversation with Rafael, to informed me that she has emailed me the estimates, I literally thought I was talking to a long lost friend. What a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL SHE HAS!!! You see, I am from a different county, who, after having been in the U.S.A. for so many years, still have a difficult time understanding a lot of things, most especially when it comes to doing business that are way too complicated for me to understand. Finding the right people or company to do business with, like Rafael (Rite Roofing owner) and Mariana (Office manager-secretary ) who possess the best patience and friendliest attitude made it easier for someone like me to make the decision without hesitation. These individuals are honest with their quote and obviously was the least expensive compare to the other quote. They did a good job and completed the work on time. They left my roof looking so fresh and beautiful. I have attached videos and one picture of the roof on my shade for you to see. To both Rafael and Mariana, Thank you so much!

It was a very professional job and the lowest bid at the time. Almost all the roof was architectural grade, but the hips were 3-tab, and I've replaced a few due to wind damage.
