I did and at least she had someone come out and fixe her issue. Thank goodness, Customer service was poor, but what they did prior to this last call was good.

I called AAAC Wildlife and the dispatcher was friendly and we scheduled a time. Two guys showed up and did a full inspection in the attic and the outside of the home. I was told that it was clearly an issue with rats, but they could not figure out exactly how they were getting in. We had a carport attached to the house that had a lot of water damage/rot. He suspected that was the issue, but couldn't do a full inspection in the structure. I started tearing out the panels and found a clear access point direct to the attic. I placed a screen over it and put some peanut butter over the areas covering the hole and on the outside panel. Within a day, the peanut butter over the hole was gone. That weekend, I removed the carport and replaced all of the face boards where the carport was attached. I also placed numerous traps in the attic. I caught only 1 massive sized rat. But I have had 0 issues in over a week at this point..... I would highly recommend using them for any issues you have with wildlife

Found the snake and relocated him to a more appropriate place. Very professional and friendly, even let my kids "help" with getting the snake into a container. I wasn't provided an estimate until Sep 25th after placing 7 phone calls and never receiving a call back or an estimate. I finally talked with the supervisor Sharon three weeks ago and she assured me I would receive a call back that evening. I never got one. I called back today (Oct 6th) and asked why I never received any communication from them. It turns out that the estimate they sent on Sep 25th went to my junk folder. Additionally the estimate didn't include the scope of work that I took time out of my schedule to walk around with the technician and explain. If you want a porch swing and some lights hung on your patio, be prepared for a $4700 dollar estimate to do so. This is absolutely ridiculous and wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them.

After reviewing security cameras, it became apparent that some of the service techs (you always get a different one each time, it seems) just walked quickly through a portion of the yard, and then sprinkled some granular deterrents or placed a single trap and a flag. The tech would leave without reviewing the entire yard or checking all areas with some sort of focus. My yard is now overrun. They had no concern or questions when I cancelled my service which speaks volumes about the type of service you'll get if you choose them. Not worth the money at all.

So scheduled appt #3 for today, one week since last visit and you guessed it..NO SHOW AGAIN! I work and have to make arrangements to meet them for this service. The kicker is I was told by tech (Cory) that he had to go to Gulf Shores today to give an estimate to a new customer! What about the ones you already have?!
