When Wildlife Solutions came out, they were super nice and didn't laugh at my raccoon paranoia (thank you for that!). They climbed into my attic like true adventurers and confirmed that there were no vermin crashing my party. But since I'd already paid for their visit, they suggested using that money towards prevention of any future party crashers. They sealed up my roof vents with some almost invisible metal mesh--like a bouncer at the club for my attic! Let me tell you, this was way more affordable than the thought of raccoons ripping through my spray-on insulation like it was confetti at a celebration. Now I have peace of mind knowing that no Rocky raccoon will be partying and pooping up there anytime soon! However, when I called them back they stated they were in between employees and suggested I use another company. When I advised I had my spots fixed they did not want to come out. They are exspensive and you would expect more. The Lady Dawn who answers the phone is not really all that nice. I will never advise anyone to use them again. I did and at least she had someone come out and fixe her issue. Thank goodness, Customer service was poor, but what they did prior to this last call was good.

Had a problem with rodents getting into the attic. Over the past month, I had 4 PEX pipes chewed…read morethrough which caused a water leak each time. I called AAAC Wildlife and the dispatcher was friendly and we scheduled a time. Two guys showed up and did a full inspection in the attic and the outside of the home. I was told that it was clearly an issue with rats, but they could not figure out exactly how they were getting in. We had a carport attached to the house that had a lot of water damage/rot. He suspected that was the issue, but couldn't do a full inspection in the structure. I started tearing out the panels and found a clear access point direct to the attic. I placed a screen over it and put some peanut butter over the areas covering the hole and on the outside panel. Within a day, the peanut butter over the hole was gone. That weekend, I removed the carport and replaced all of the face boards where the carport was attached. I also placed numerous traps in the attic. I caught only 1 massive sized rat. But I have had 0 issues in over a week at this point..... I would highly recommend using them for any issues you have with wildlife

This Lee that owns or thinks he runs it is a crook and that office personnel that handles the billing is just plan crooked. Don't ever deal with this bunch of people they can't even take care of the problem you better off doing it yourself they use in qualified staff and when something arises that like it's not included with their service and bill you for additional service every time you can't cancel their service because act like you have a contract they can't provide a contract because they're bogus story is it automatically renewed so public stay away from these people you're better off go with a real company that knows what they're doing and don't screw people .

I called them to let them know of the continuous noises and I was told they would come back out two weeks ago. I have not see or heard back from them. This is not a reliable company.

Checked the cameras and the tech had opened the gate to come in left it open while he sprayed. Don't have video of him leaving but the gate was in the exact position when I went outside as it was on the video. Our eight year old son had a meltdown thinking it was his fault that he didn't check the gate. Called to explain our issue and was told they would make a note in the system to close the gate from now on. Figured that was day one stuff that should be gone over with all employees entering people's property. Great service, but you might lose a dog. We cancelled our service.
