We had service from them for a couple years before we gave up. It was always a week+ before they could ever schedule someone to come out and take a look. Regularly they'd send out someone with absolutely no instructions and they didn't have the right equipment to perform the requested service. Their termite treatments did nothing. Finally, they auto renew you for new service even when auto-renewal is explicitly turned off on the website, you HAVE to call them to cancel any service. Crazy deceptive practice. Never use these folks. read more

They signed me up for something that I didn't need or want. Bait and switch and the first visit they gave a window and then rescheduled without letting me know.... Then they rescheduled again. They send you a tracker but it wasn't accurate (it said 11 minutes and it was over an hour...) but, most importantly I clearly stated my problem and they signed me up for something else.... Try someone else and I know that's hard in Key West. read more

DO NOT USE THEM for Dry Wall Termites in Key West. Tented, paid almost $400 / year for preventative coverage, and after 3 1/2 years had a reinfestation. They confirmed the reinfestation, treated with foam. When that proved insufficient, they confirmed the need to re-tent (took thee visits by two technicians). Their agent put us on the schedule for tenting (I now know that agent was subsequently fired). However, their customer service rep looked online and confirmed that we were on the tenting schedule several days beforehand, and I spent $800 prepping for the tent. The day of scheduled tenting came, and no one showed up. I called customer service, and they told me I was never on the schedule, and also told me I hadn't talked to their customer service agent either. These are not trustworthy people. And their preventative insurance is a TOTAL RIPOFF. Note: this app forced me to give a 1-star rating; zero isn't available. read more

Didn't show up for appointment they confirmed by text, then didn't respond to my voicemails for days.

Terrible customer service! Been dealing with ants in the bathroom for two months now. Have had 5 different technicians. The first four did nothing to address the real issue and the fifth one was trying to solve the issue but was extremely unreliable! Never kept appointment times, hard to get ahold of, would say he's coming and never show up! Totally unacceptable service. read more

Horrible company. Took my money and didn't perform service as agreed. I've made several attempts to get my money back but no luck. There are other local pest control companies in the keys that care about their reputation and customers. Stay away from Billy - complete BS and no follow up. read more

First off, don't fall for Billy's line of BS. Second, I had no termites when I contracted with them. At Billy's request, "because they're everywhere", I contracted for subterranean termites after my initial pest control, so I signed up for the bundle. Then I was being double billed lol. Once for the pest control and once for the bundle. Still waiting for my refund for the double billing. Then and only because I decided to redo my floors guess what I found??? Subterranean termites... total infestation. Huge nest, the whole deal. No indication of termites before. Not through his inspection, no wings, no wood decay, nothing. What can he offer me? Treatment. So I get treatment, nest removal, and guess what? I still have termites... Today they bill me again and I call to cancel. Not only are they not going to credit me, offer me any refund, pay for my damage, but they're going to charge me a cancellation fee. That is until I speak to my local branch, the branch that can only offer me treatment as a remedy. The treatment that didn't work. And the treatment which allowed a nest to form a mere foot from a bait station... a bait station, 13 of them actually, which should have never allowed this to happen in the first place. read more

Terminex key west Florida. Horrible!! I made an appointment , they didn't show up at the designated time . I called Terminex customer service and they couldn't reach area manager or the branch manager . Then I get a call an hour later that they are showing up 7 hours later. Finally the area manager shows up and his response "it's Florida" then gives us a proposal that was outrageously over priced compared to the competition. when it's time to sign co tracts etc then they know how to call and email. The other trades I used in key west showed up 10 minutes early. needless to say, Terminex needs to work on customer service and showing up when they're supposed if they don't want to bug people. Until then use somenody else. read more
