received a visit from a door to door salesman stating that several neighbors had signed up in area for termite protection and he wanted to offer his service. I instructed him that this is a rental home and the landlord handles any issues like that and no thank you on the offer. He was rude saying it is the tenant that is responsible for this.(no issues of termite btw) he wanted to inspect. In the background my dog which is a protection dog was barking as the man was trying to argue and talk over me and the barking. I told him im sorry but I need to go as the dog would come out and he says yea thats fine I will kick the shit out of it. I then said yea bye and he was continuing to say more as I was shutting the door. called the corporate office and was put on hold for excessive amounts of time with no one ever coming to answer. horrible service and worse sales . read more
