    I have been under contract with this company since January. That should mean that they are, by the…read moresame token, under contract with me. They have been here to treat my house 6 times in 6 months. I have asked them on the first visit to treat for cockroaches and mice. They treated for both the first time they were here. I saw less mice but more cockroaches. They agreed to come back since it was the first treatment. When they came the second time, I asked him to go back to his truck and get the sprayer and still use the bait. He said "using the sprayer just stirs up the mix" but I was insistent so he got it but he was mad. He started pointing a flashlight at everything and said it was my fault because my house was dirty. He must have decided not to treat for mice because they came back. I was very upset because the mice had destroyed all of my underwear as well as quite a bit of bedding and I had ran about 9 loads of clothes and bought replacement underwear and the bedding we lost. I told him they were coming from the bookcase beside the fireplace. He didn't want to look but finally slapped a bag of poison right in the middle of my hearth! He never stayed more than 10 minutes and always just left without a word. The mice came back and ate through a cardboard box of things that had belonged to my deceased grandparents. I called them back for both. A different guy came and treated and gave us a list of things we had to do before he came back except I never saw the list if there was one but the regrigerator was pulled away from the wall so I assumed he wanted it cleaned which I did. The night before his visit, I stayed up until 4:00 a.m. cleaning out cabinets and rubbing them down with ammonia and mopped. I didn't get finished because my husband, who is handicapped, fell and I had to get him up. The next morning, the second guy showed up and I told him I had to help my husband go to the bathroom but I would be back. While I was helping my husband, this guy just left without a word. We called the office and they said that we didn't do what they asked so they wouldn't come back. My husband told them that since all they want to do is lay bait, it shouldn't matter whether we cleaned to their satisfaction. They don't bring the sprayer in unless you ask and they are hateful about it but they simply put these roach baits in the back of cabinets and under the sinks. They still said no! The reason the cockroaches got worse was because they never got it under control in 6 visits! I haven't been able to put my silverwear in the drawer since last year. We probably have four times as many now as we had in January. I am upset for so many reasons. It always shocks me when service people are just mean to your face but some people are just crappy. I'm upset because we can't have any drinks or food that we don't have to completely cover if we set it down. Now that he didn't treat, all of my dishes, baking dishes, pots and pans and appliances are on my dining table and in my car as well as all of our cleaning products. I can't put them back because the bugs are still there. The way I see it, they are under contract with us until December and they are refusing to treat my house by just placing baits in the house and I do not want to see either of those two men again. This is the only recourse I have because they only get good reviews be shown on their website (shocking!) and they are refusing to honor the contract and being very mean to us. My husband can't even walk and I had a child die in January and when people are unkind to me it's just too much and I always end up crying from the frustration and it brings my grief forward. They have no way of knowing that but they should be kind to everyone. I am a customer who has paid $173.90 to them this year and this is how I have been treated.

My father explained his was at 3 pm not 10 am and she said "oops I dialed the wrong number." which was a lie because she called him by name at the beginning of the phone call. Friday they didnt show up my father even stayed home all day to make sure he didnt miss them. Monday rolls around and still no Clark. Not very reputable. if i could give 0 stars i would. If you want quality pest control call Bob's Pest Service, Bob's has better people and pricing.

    I began renting from MyStorage in May 2023. In June 2023 I moved to out of state and was only able…read moreto move 1 of my units at that time, this is when I first found mice and rat droppings in my units, damage to my belongings, mice/rat urine on the boxes, rodent nests made from the the furniture blankets and boxes chewed through. I recorded mice actively running in the hallways of the building, many doors to the buildings no longer closed and were wide opened, the security gate was open and not operational. When I spoke to Shonda, all she could say was we have pest control and we are not responsible for damage and that she would let the pest control people. Not once did the management or owners attempt to make the situation right, nor did they inform me that they were now offering new renters (at renter expense) insurance that covered rodent damage. Lets jump to Aug 2024, I was finally able to come back to the unit to get the rest of my things, I found the fence and gate had been taken down and all security measures to the buildings removed, doors to the unit wide open. Many units were empty with great trepidation I opened my unit to a massive amount of rodent damage, nesting, urine, droppings on all of my belongings. There comment is what do you care you are moving out when I asked about the lack of security and damage. Another tenant was moving out and she actually found dead rats in her unit.     0 stars if possible…read more.. We hired them to rid our house of bats that were roosting in the attic gable and undrr some siding. They said they would rid the home of these bats and hey charged $1500 up front(should've been a red flag). The money was to cover sealing up our house to keep the bats out. They did run the bats out of 2 spots, but the bats immediately roosted under other loose boards. I told them of this and they said wait until the bats are gone and for ME to nail the loose boards. I had paid them a considerable amount to rid the house of bats completely, not just in 2 places and for only one night. I nailed up the boards and sealed another spot with liquid foam where the bats had moved to. Then they started roosting in another spot. I asked "Advanced Pest Control" to finish the job and they said they would charge us more if they came back out. Said that they're not responsible for where the bats go after they did that one little thing. This is the equivalent of hiring someone to treat a house for termites and they just come out and spray one little clutch on a corner of the house whey they started, only running them to the other parts of the building. I could've done the little bit of "work they did for a lot less than $1500. If I'd known I was going to have to do the majority of it all myself I would've just done it all to start with. Beware of this company that charges up front then doesn't follow through and back up their "work", which really wasn't much to it. I was a fool to have paid for work that hadn't been done yet. Make them do their job and earn their money just like you have to do. They'll have some refuting comment but I have absolutely no reason to make this up and they have every reason to deny it.
