However, I never received any formal documentation, service report, or proof of what was actually done. After several calls, texts, and emails over the course of weeks, I finally received a response only after I reached out multiple times and escalated the issue. While Clayton (owner I believe) who finally replied was polite and apologized for the confusion, it took far too long to get even basic information. I was even thinking about hiring them for our normal pest control, but never got a call back ever. What was most disappointing is that the company managed to contact us quickly once it came time to ensure we knew about the renew and those costs, etc., despite STILL not having, or providing proper paperwork or follow-through to us. If you're considering using Adams Pest Control, be prepared for very slow response times and incomplete documentation. I'd recommend verifying every detail up front and insisting on getting your records in writing before assuming your home is covered. If our home does get termites we may seek legal action as there is a chain of very bad communication, and documentation. I've had Orkin for two years. At first the service was really good, and I could definitely see a…read morereduction of horrid pests like hornets and mosquitoes outside. The service did nothing for the spiders though, and after two years, anything I set outside still gets covered in cobwebs within two days. Now, I don't know if they changed their formula or what, but the hornets are back in numbers, and I'm forced to buy store spray to kill them. No sense in paying for both, and since Orkin was costing me over $1000 a year, I called to cancel. Instead of cancelling me, they promised to contact me with a more affordable plan. Their ACTUAL response? Crickets chirping! So I called again, this time insisting they cancel my service, and the operator I talked to said she did cancel it. Well guess what when I checked my bank balance today... sure enough, they charged me almost $60 AFTER I was told my account was cancelled! Now I have to go through the nightmare of having that $60 returned to me. I thought Orkin was a "trusted name" in exterminators, so I'm very disappointed with them and their shady stalling tactics...

I have spent almost $30,000 with terminix this summer to get rid of an attic infestation. I never…read moreknew when they would show up, would show up, or show up when you asked them not to...but everything was going along ok until there was a problem. during the work in the attic, a worker tripped on my cable cord and fell through my ceiling. I was assured it would be repaired and that my cable repair would be covered also. after, two attempts at repairing my ceiling, it still looks horrible. two months later, MANY phone calls and emails---mostly unanswered( ignored) I called corporate. they said the right things, but still nothing! at first, they said Mark McDaniels ( regional manager) had 48 hours to reply. he left me a message, I emailed him and again, no response. I called corporate again and they said he had 24 hrs to respond. he says to let him know if I haven't gotten the check for the cable bill and some company will be contacting me about the ceiling. I've emailed again. I'm sure there will be no response. also, during the blowing of the new insulation, my condensate line was filled with insulation, burning up the motor of the furnace....i spent another $1300 on that repair. I could go on and on about the list of things done poorly, not done, and no one will communicate. this may be the worst business I've ever dealt with in my60 years. whatever you do, DO NOT USE TERMINIX IN NORTH LITTLE ROCK or any terminix with mark mcdaniels as the manager. he WILL NOT do what he says. even trying to call the office, they will pretend the lines don't work and pick up and hang up. ask to speak to HIS supervisor and NO ONE will answer that question. I did get the name of his supervisor--Mr. Dill. I contacted him and he made me feel like things would be handled. he knew what he was talking about, but, after i called him, I've never heard from him again either. I am distraught over the whole situation. I feel taken advantage of and money wasted. save yourself some time, money and heartache. they are not a reputable business. I am filing some things to get some relief, but customers rarely win over big corporations.
