I have spent almost $30,000 with terminix this summer to get rid of an attic infestation. I never knew when they would show up, would show up, or show up when you asked them not to...but everything was going along ok until there was a problem. during the work in the attic, a worker tripped on my cable cord and fell through my ceiling. I was assured it would be repaired and that my cable repair would be covered also. after, two attempts at repairing my ceiling, it still looks horrible. two months later, MANY phone calls and emails---mostly unanswered( ignored) I called corporate. they said the right things, but still nothing! at first, they said Mark McDaniels ( regional manager) had 48 hours to reply. he left me a message, I emailed him and again, no response. I called corporate again and they said he had 24 hrs to respond. he says to let him know if I haven't gotten the check for the cable bill and some company will be contacting me about the ceiling. I've emailed again. I'm sure there will be no response. also, during the blowing of the new insulation, my condensate line was filled with insulation, burning up the motor of the furnace....i spent another $1300 on that repair. I could go on and on about the list of things done poorly, not done, and no one will communicate. this may be the worst business I've ever dealt with in my60 years. whatever you do, DO NOT USE TERMINIX IN NORTH LITTLE ROCK or any terminix with mark mcdaniels as the manager. he WILL NOT do what he says. even trying to call the office, they will pretend the lines don't work and pick up and hang up. ask to speak to HIS supervisor and NO ONE will answer that question. I did get the name of his supervisor--Mr. Dill. I contacted him and he made me feel like things would be handled. he knew what he was talking about, but, after i called him, I've never heard from him again either. I am distraught over the whole situation. I feel taken advantage of and money wasted. save yourself some time, money and heartache. they are not a reputable business. I am filing some things to get some relief, but customers rarely win over big corporations. read more

First of all management to this office is bad racist assholes. Employee response to customers is horrible. I've been over billed more than 4 times and there excuse is a computer glitch. Don't sign any contracts with this office period. They don't come out when they say they are. They don't keep up with any of your information currently. All of their best employees left and started their own companies. I wouldn't recommend them to spray a dog house. Most of the truck equipment is always broken. If your in North Little Rock area find anyone else besides this place. They over charge you and I would Recommend Sledge Pest Service over them any day. For 1/4 of the cost and better service. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. All they want is for you to be stuck in a contract with them and sell bonus from the office. I went to office to talk about my contract with management and the closed the door in my face and said call corporate. Not their problem. I repeat no customer service they don't care. read more

This is the worst run company I have ever dealt with. They claim "100% customer satisfaction or your money back". Don't believe it. I have made appointments with one of their technicians on 2 occasions, both times no one showed up and there was no call and no explanation. We have a contract with them through August 31, but when I asked them to look at an area that I thought might be evidence of termites it was like I didn't exist. I have learned my lesson and will be going with a local company that responds to my calls and keeps their appointments. read more

Horrible company. Left my gate open and let my dog out. They did not even apologize. I cancelled the contract after that because I did not want them on my property again. They kept trying to bill me. When I called the corporate office, they said that they had all of this in the notes but that I had not complained enough. I asked them what they thought I was doing now by calling and how many times do I need to call. Terrible customer service. read more

Contracted terminix to do foundation and gutter work on a home we were purchasing. Not only did they not complete the work by the due date, they lied to us, the realtor, and the lender. They did not consider the time frame we were under and did not care. After a month of trying to get them to do the work as promised we had to switch to another company last minute. After speaking with many individuals in the company, it was clear there would be no help and no consideration for our situation. The also were charging us double what the normal cost would be!!! I will not use this company ever again!!!!!! Very dissatisfied. read more
