The in-house alterations on my wedding dress were poorly done, including an uneven illusion neckline, white thread on nude mesh, and jagged stitching. When I raised my concerns and requested a partial refund because I no longer trusted the alterations, I expected professionalism. Instead, the OWNER told me I was a "HORRIBLE person" for letting her know I'd post a review and pictures of their quality of work. She also stated that she "didn't earn a dime" from me because I purchased my dress on sale, so she didn't care if I was an upset customer. Whether a dress is purchased on sale or at full price should never determine how a customer is treated. The poor workmanship was disappointing, but the owner's response and customer service were far worse. I ultimately had to pay someone else to repair the dress before my wedding. I expect businesses to stand behind their work and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, that was FAR from my experience at Ann Matthews Bridal.

I had one in mind when I came in and ended up getting something I hadn't found before. This was such an easy experience. My consultant also snagged a canceled alteration appointment so I walked from purchasing to getting into alternation measurements making my process smooth, fast, and so easy. We decided on a quicker turnaround elopement and then a party so our timeline is crunched, a big box store had more selection and sizes for me than local places.
