So far, I've had a great experience at this location. I like that this location has everything in one place- you check in as soon as you walk in and they direct you to the right spot for your appointment. Even the bloodwork and labs can be done here so I'm not being sent off to another lab at some new to me location. I've been in for a few appointments so far and between the online information and front desk it's been a breeze to check in and proceed to my appointment. Each of my visits to medical professionals have been efficient, friendly, and have been low stress. Even planning appointments (though sometimes it takes some time) has been easy so far. I've been happy visiting this location and seeing the doctors here. One thing to note, the parking can fill up and you'll want to be careful in the lot as it's busy with cars and people.

More recently I started to see a dermatologist. First visit was very quick, glanced at my face and gave some care instructions. Things worsened and I felt the doc wasn't doing much examining rather than just prescribing creams and meds. Already not feeling confident with her, this last visit(or no visit) led me to terminate care with her. Appointments are not only hard to get, our personal schedules are also busy. I waited close to 2 months for this appointment. It was an early one at 7:30am. I live out of town, there is traffic, I tried calling twice while I was on the road. No answer. In the photo is my dash cam that captures my arrival at 7:35am I checked in and glanced at the time, it said 7:37am. I took a seat and was called back up moments later to be told that the doctor would not see me because of my 7 minutes late arrival... & to be completely honest based on my previous experiences with this doc she probably would've spent less than 7 minutes looking at my skin anyway. I was livid. Also, how many times have we all arrived for an appointment ON TIME and had to wait way more than seven minutes to be seen because our DOCTOR is running behind?! The double standard is wild. These are personal things, but I had been traveling for work all week. I was exhausted but knew I needed to make it. It was an early morning appointment. I drove a pretty long way. My visit wasn't anything intricate. I was SHOCKED. In complete disbelief. I think I'd understand if maybe I was 15+ minutes late. Or perhaps consistently late for every appointment but SEVEN minutes late one time & turned away. Not like I didn't take time away from work, or sacrificed sleep, or drove 30+ minutes to get there. Life happens and she should just be a little more considerate of that. Especially in a space where we go for "care." I have had nothing but great experiences here until my dermatology visits with Dr Nguyen. I'm going to start seeing someone new at a different clinic, hoping I will have a better experience.

The problems I have is with the front desk personnel who need a lot more training, be a little more friendly, never smiled. The phone lines are always busy...sometimes I have to call up 10 or more times b4 they pick up the phone, sometimes 2 times. I think they need more help. I need help with an out of network appt and I went thru hell and back with the wrong information between sutter and this office, they could send you to the mental hospital. The energy in their voices are like non-existent, no clear English speaking voice, no understanding of what they say and clearly, I am given the wrong information. The Right hand do not know what the Left hand is doing and the patient suffers. We keep the office open by giving them our business and have to struggle just to get seen by a specialist. God help us all. I will be hesitant to refer my friends here cuz of the staff. Thanks for reading, Lucy R

Every time I went into see her she only spent 5 minutes with me! She was always rude & yelled at me, a senior no less, for no reason at all. I saw her maybe 5 times hoping she would get better but she never did ! I was deathly ill from riding on the very filthy germ filled Amtrak train last June & I went in to get a diagnosis from Rashida Bohkari & she refused to look in my throat, and I had to ask her to look in my ears ..she did not give me a covid test, she was so nasty , angry & impatient & never kind & very incompetent! but she had the nerve to give me 5 prescriptions, because they get financial kickbacks from every prescription they give out , not even knowing what I was suffering from & not even knowing my medical history ... I only took the antibiotic but still I was sick & then it went into my ears & she did not even order me an urgent care visit with the ENT ..She is so bad & a thief of our insurance money for total incompetence , she should have her medical license permanently revoked

I can tell each employee here cares and enjoys their job. I'm so kind to patients and it's such a relief to experience it on the other end. The app is the most user friendly! The care for my appointments not making me uncomfortable and hearing me is great care! I still want to gate-keep this place. Urgent care is the best I've been to. I've read some of the reviews and some of the complaints are not valid due to the office wouldn't know the care you want unless you state it all before coming. VA tends to refer people places not knowing the establishment can't take them and it's not the establishment's fault. I once worked for the VA as a supervisor. I feel the one stars are unfair

I have no dispute about paying what I owe. However, my card was automatically charged, without invoicing me. I asked if they invoiced me, and the lady said that they typically email. I never received an email. She stated that the reason why is because they don't have an email. I said did you mail it to me, then? She avoided answering. Care was OK, but I felt I had to ask for getting a medication and X-ray!

EDIT: they told me to contact patient services.... I have, but they have done nothing. The number…read morethey shared is just a swtich board. Complete BS. They don't care at all. She is a fine person, but I am so disappointed in her failure to refer me to an adequate specialist. I have suffered with endocrine related issues for years that have wreaked havoc on my life in so many ways. Two years ago I begged for her to write me a referral to endocrinology, and I even had a letter from a separate medical doctor who was advocating on my behalf. She said that endocrinology couldn't help me and I was devestated. Well, now it's two years later and I have gotten a lot worse. I have new symptoms too, which drove me back to the doctor (a different PCP - not Dr Freeman) who actually ran some tests on me and found some issues related to my thyroid and sent me an urgent referral to endocrinology. I'm hoping I can get my issues sorted out soon, but I've already lost so much. I've continued to deteriorate, which has cost me -- financially, physically, and emotionally. It has damaged my reputation at work and my relationships with friends - I'm now seen as the flakey person who is unreliable because of my health. I've spent so much money on treatments that haven't worked, and have tried over the counter supplements, out-of-network doctors, ANYTHING to try to get relief, to no avail. I've also had to take so many days off work that it has maxed out my PTO, so I have to go without pay if I need to take anytime off for additional sickness or appointments. And I am still sick -- suffering different symptoms every day, and waking up in the middle of the night because of them. I've had a lot of dark thoughts and feel hopeless. I'm disappointed that Dr. Freeman couldn't refer me two years ago and I think my life would be different right now if she had done so. I hope that this experience will change her attitude going forward. Not every patient is lying about their symptoms or faking it.
