Before most of these soccer fields and adult leagues popped up around the Miami area, South Florida Club Sport was setting up soccer leagues at the KSP field (even before it expanded and is what it is today) and let me tell you, they know how to organize sports very, VERY well. I've played in several leagues for SFCS from 2005 till now and that just shows you how awesome they are. Not only was it a great way for me to stay in shape but the best part about it was I also met and made lifelong friends through the various leagues I joined throughout the years. Additionally, I've had many interactions with the owner of the company, Steve Arsenault, and he is nothing short of professional as well as friendly. He's always open to feedback from the league members so if you ever find yourself thinking of ways to improve the league you're playing in, just reach out to him and he'll be all ears. He also tries to set up other social events and trips for the league members which is always appreciated and enjoyable. What else is there to say except that this company has consistently established solid leagues for all kinds of sports and has brought the Miami community together in a social and fun way. If you're new to Miami or a native Miamian (Broward County counts, too), make it a point to join one of their leagues. You will not regret it! Their motto to me should be, "SFCS - making adult soccer leagues cool since the early 2000s."

We have been playing at 10 PM every week for the last three years during week days because the scheduling coordinator says there are "regulars" who book the fields Monday-Thursday from 7-9 PM. Not giving us an opportunity to book. They also charged our group $50 per player for a group of 14 people before covid started on prepaid cards and when the league opened back up they told us we couldn't use the cards that still had balances left on them. In good faith we kept booking at soccer5. We've requested multiple times for a chance to play at more convenient hours anywhere from 7-9pm Monday-Thursday but the business has failed to accommodate some of their most loyal customers that are even willing to play at a very unaccommodating time, 10 Pm. With that being said the games never start on time to you really start playing at 10:30-10:45 PM! It's unfair at this point that our group does not get an equal opportunity to book the fields at a normal hour, our group is just as regular as their so called regulars. Don't play here unless you're willing to stay up past 12 AM during a work week.

Now almost three years later he's excelled developing into a great defensive player. The coaches a very involved they are sympathetic towards the children's needs but simultaneously tough. They practice great drills and play lots of games making it really fun for them. Their camps, summer, winter or spring are great. They're active, social and working on discipline and manners. I love their approach towards children, the fields are clean and coaches are great.

I love tropical park…read more I've been coming to this park for like 30 years . Not sure if you are a fan of running you can use causeway and bridges for hill and speed work. There's something nostalgic about running up what used to feel like a mountain, but in actuality is a hill. This park has a bit of everything for folks who want to get in a jog in a safe and close place to birthday parties, events, family outings, even spend a little bit of time on the water There are basketball and tennis courts and a great equestrian center . The other side of this park used to be a winter time Christmas celebration. The park itself has a plethora of random parking spots , but my favorite thing has to be being outdoors in a safe place Please, no as with virtually all other places, I am not wanting to hang around after dark . Additionally, though there is a regulation 400 m track on the bird road side of the park that opens early, I am not one to arrive somewhere before the sun comes up. That being said the hours of operation are convenient for folks who are visiting and want to just relax or for those that are training for something physical and getting healthy and prefer being outdoors instead of inside a gym with recirculated air Tip: the distance from SW. 56th St. to SW. 40th St. is exactly 1 mile. If you run along the west side of the park, you can literally run safely without heavily tracking distance and instead focus on the run and how you feel I highly encourage anyone who hasn't been to this park to visit it and touch grass every now and then . I love it and I will continue doing so anytime. I'm in town.

Danny Berry often claims he cares about the kids but the reality is he doesn't. If he did, he would…read moreact like any other serious little league and actually check birth certificates. Danny Berry's league is a league where your kid and his team can spend all season long working their butts off, waking up at 630 AM to take practice swings before school, and then lose the championship game because some academy decided to sit out several players in their 8U roster and bring in 9 and 10-year-olds to fill the spots in an 8U game. It is actually allowed, within the rules of Danny Berry's league, to play whatever players you want in a playoff/finals game (even if they aren't on the roster). And since Mr. Berry does not check birth certificates, Academies who want to cheat are essentially free to do so. If Danny Berry actually cared about the kids, he would show up to the league and at least watch some games here and there. We never saw him until the very last day, when he comes to hand out trophies or rings after the championship game. If Danny Berry actually cared about the kids, he would have a stable coaching staff for his academy. But he doesn't; his academy's staff is a revolving door and none of those kids are learning anything. You can see they're learning nothing by the fact that they play very badly and are consistently at the bottom of the league (I've attached screenshots to show this). If Danny Berry cared about the kids, he wouldn't have an academy that's happy to take a monthly check but provide no results. If you want to build a baseball academy and make a name for yourself by cheating and playing a roster over the age limit, then Danny Berry is probably a great man to have a business relationship with. If you want a good place for your kids to play or a good academy to join, absolutely stay away. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews left by his friends and family members.

We were about to receive our rings and a parent screamed "play fair" in response to the obvious older players playing in a little kids league. Our glorious leader's response was get your kids and your rings and get out of here. It was classless at its finest. As long as you pay his fees he could care less what goes on in his league. He's not even around during the week if you have a protest for a game. It's pretty funny when every team in your division gathers for your playoff game rooting for you against another team because obviously they have older kids on the roster than allowed. No verifications are done as far as birth certificates and school identification like the other leagues. He says he looks in peoples eyes and knows the truth... what a bunch of crap. Guess it cost him more to actually verify ages on teenagers playing in his little kids league. Our parents actually watched a coach tell a kid on his team today that he couldn't play today because it was a championship game in front of his mom. What kind of lesson are you teaching these kids? As the leader of this league what are you allowing Danny? Numerous teams have protested and you've brushed them off. It's crazy how you don't realize how messed up this league is until you play somewhere else. Our whole team will not be returning to this obvious joke of a league. "Play fair" Danny.
