I have been going here for years, but the past three or four years I've had issues with my taxes,…read morebut we're just gonna concentrate on this year's tax's and what's happened I use Bruce Hall a gentleman that works here and he was supposed to put my taxes in. I made a mistake and claimed one of my other kids, but it was clear as day what we talked about and it was wrote down on a piece of paper so this misunderstanding cost me several thousand dollars because now someone else claimed my son and we can't figure out who did it. I've called Bruce at least 13 times left messages. Talk to the receptionist. I understand things take time but two months and you can't even reach out for a phone call or help fix the situation that you caused and I was only under the impression that he charged a couple hundred dollars when you come to find out it's been 4 to 500 every time there's so many other places out there that charge under $100 and we'll get you back more money. We actually tested the theory this year and we got more than we ever got back not using them. I know most of y'all are sitting in your ways and like sticking with the people you know, but sometimes there's better options out there. Hope you guys can be one of the ones that can choose that. Thanks and have a good day.

From the very first meeting, he demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and expertise in the field of personal finance (and now he has his law degree too, which is a bonus!). He took the time to listen to our financial goals and priorities, and guided us along so that we could get to a place of better financial health. One of the things that we appreciated most about working with Seth is his ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise way. He is patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also provided us with practical tips and advice that we could implement right away, which has paid dividends for our finances. For example, we were able to effectively budget for several big events throughout the year which made us feel that we were able to make the most of every dollar. Seth is consistently professional and courteous, and we felt very comfortable working with him. He is very responsive to our emails and phone calls, and we always felt like we were a priority. To that end, he reached out to us on a regular monthly basis to make sure we have everything we need from him. We've so enjoyed working with Seth that we now continue to meet with him on a quarterly basis to ensure further financial well-being. We highly recommend Seth to anyone who is looking for guidance and support in managing their finances. He's a true professional, and his expertise and dedication to his clients makes him an invaluable asset to anyone seeking to improve their financial well-being. He has lived out the financial coaching/advice that he dishes out and models the hard work that is takes to get to places of better financial health. Thank you Seth for all your help!
