The shop is beautifully curated with high-quality, intentional products that are hard to find anywhere else in Lincoln. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They made me feel right at home and were super helpful in guiding me through their product selection. You can really tell they care about what they carry and who they serve. I haven't had a service yet, but after browsing the space and chatting with the team, I can't wait to come back for a facial. I already know it'll be a magical experience. If you're into holistic wellness, natural skincare, or just want to support a lovely local business, this place is a gem.

My husband and I went for a couples massage for our very first anniversary. We had purchased gift…read morecertificates for one another. Needless to say, we were both very excited as it was a first for both of us. In scheduling our appointment, I found out that we had to wait almost 6 weeks for it. So much for a celebratory spa day date. Upon arriving, we found parking to be a bit of a challenge, and even locating the building was difficult as the business is located in a small yet charming little house. I must say that the building had tons of potential curb appeal, but sadly was in disarray and had a tiny almost non visible sign. Our appointment was during the holidays, so the cozy little house and front yard could have really been decorated and made to look like the owners of the spa really cared about the business and the complete overall customer experience. Sadly, though, the business looked run down and neglected, not a good first impression. Once entering the spa, it was a bit cluttered, but everyone was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. Our massages were wonderful, although due to covid, we were in separate rooms and had to wear masks. Neither of which supported our original plans of a relaxing spa date. However, we both enjoyed our massages. The room I was in was beautiful, and the total environment was very relaxing for all the senses. My massage was wonderful, the masseuse was very knowledgeable and respectful. To sum things up, my husband and I loved the people and the service they provided. However, a lot was lost on appearance and branding. The employees seemed to want to make this appointment a "total experience" but forgot that that begins before you ever enter the building and before the massage ever begins.

I showed her before hand and she told me 60 min as it was written on the giftcard. I arrived at 11:16 by the time the massage started it was 11:25 (getting undressed and set up) the massage was fine. I was a bit uncomfortable because she kept leaving the door open but granted we were probably the only one in there. She picked up the phone and left 2x (this is a thing that happens a lot) I find this odd because she's booking another client while sitting on the bed I am on. My massage ended at 11:44 (this was less than 30 min when I had a 60 min gift card). I am not good with confrontation so I tipped $4 ( I know I shouldn't have tipped when she took the other money from the massage gift card). She then proceeded to get upset and said I owed her $12 for a 25% tip. I told her my giftcard was an hour and she was only in there for less than 30 min. She continued to get upset and said "yes i worked for 45 min" I showed her time stamps from my location service. She continued to ask for more and more tip and I kept refusing due to the nature. Finally she said "yes, just leave we ok". I'm extremely confused with this entire situation. And will not be going back. It's upsetting when we agreed an hour before hand and she cut me so short. I was really looking forward to this massage today
