I've used Home Instead 's Home to Hospital service for the passed 3 years. While I use this…read moreservice mainly for doctor's appointments, I've also used it for grocery shopping, haircuts and general shopping. While I don't use them every month, when I call all my records are in their file. Being handicapped I cannot get into certain vehicles. This is in file and they make sure I get car for every appointment. The ladies are friendly, respectful, attentive and caring. This day Jan. 7, 2025, Aileen McQueen took me for a 9:30 am appointment. She was at my house for 8:50 am, so plenty of time to make the appointment. Her supervisor, Dorothy Royal, stopped by house after we returned home. We talked about my needs, which may be a knee replacement in the future and having someone with me 24/7 for a couple of weeks. They were perfectly on time picking me up and took only 10 minutes to return in a luxury SUV and it was perfect. On Tuesday, December 3rd, my husband was discharged from Chateau Living Center for Rehab. They were…read morescheduled to arrive at noon. I went outside no one was there. I was also waiting for oxygen tank and wheel chair to be delivered to the center for noon. That also did not happen. Well Go Ride called me to say the driver for Go Ride is there. I went out to speak with the driver and she informed me that she had been there for a while and could not wait any longer. She informed me that when I receive the oxygen and wheel chair to call them back and someone would come back to pick him up. When I called Go Ride back the lady informed me that the driver does not know the rules and that they could not schedule another pickup. They could come back on Wednesday the 4th and it would cost me another $103.24. I already paid them for the Tuesday pick up. I told her I will not pay another $99.00 plus tax and that they should me a refund of that amount. She said could not do that because they showed up. The bottom line is that I was told by the driver that left and she reinsured me that another driver would pick us up because they have many vans in the area. Would not use this company.

Tiger Shuttle has been my saving grace, knowing that the owner is too a mother and likely has experienced the umbilical cord being snatched and nerves frazzled.
