Our puppy's regular vet, Dr. Redin, is excellent with her detailed care, checking for dysplasia when we didn't know it was a concern and recommending against an optional operation we were considering, saving us unnecessary expense. I decided to first bring the rabbit I already had for a few years to get checked since she hasn't been seen since her spay ( different vet). At this initial visit, I was immediately turned off upon walking in. The front desk staff is not very friendly and they were annoyed with me, accusing me of not filling out my paperwork prior to the appointment even though I told them that I did fill it out and submitted it last night. Their internet has been down for many hours, due to a storm, and the receptionist didn't want to accept that the outage may be the reason they didn't receive my information. Anyways, she obtained my information and we moved along. My appointment was with Dr. Betz. He was not friendly either. Didn't introduce himself, got annoyed when I asked him for his name. After his assessment of my rabbit, he began charting with a concerned look upon his face. I asked if everything was ok, and he told me he would get to me once he was done charting. Being in healthcare myself, I found his demeanor cold and didn't care much for his bedside manor. He did not go into any detail on how to care for rabbits nor did he go into detail on the rabbits physical assessment, just told me she looked good. I left the exam room feeling like I was an annoyance to him and he doesn't care much for his line of work. When I checked out, I asked the receptionist to please make sure my appointment for my new rabbit was not with him. She assured me that she would change it to Dr. Pacifico. Today: I just brought our new rabbit in for his initial check up with Dr. Pacifico and OMG!!!! It's like night and day from my experience last week. The front desk staff isn't that welcoming, but Dr. Pacifico make up for them. He is so friendly, caring and took his time to go over his assessment of my rabbit and listened to my concerns carefully and provided excellent feedback. Dr. Pacifico is most likely the reason this practice stays afloat. I am so impressed with him and his passion for small animals. He mentioned to me that his daughters are involved with our local 4H and I could really tell that not only is he passionate about animals, but so are his children. His passion is innate and definitely what makes up the majority of this man's DNA. I am considering him as a vet for our doodle.

Our dog has had various food-related issues that we could not figure out and had gone to various…read morevets with no answers, just lots of tests, medications and "solutions" that didn't end up working. We found Paw Prints and from the first time we brought our dog in, all of our unanswered questions were answered! The very first recommendation that was made for our dog worked (something as simple as changing her food) and we've had a happy, healthy dog ever since! We are always so happy with their care and flexibility when scheduling appointments. DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS ANYWHERE ELSE :)

We received a treatment plan to address his condition and were encouraged to follow up with a scheduled specialist appointment. This is something our last vet did not do and often discouraged. Some of the past reviews I see here I know are not for the right business as right around the corner is another veterinary office by a different name (that is actually on Voorhees Corner Road), that has or had veterinarians with the referenced names working at it. When I informed Cats Amazing, which rescued my cat and where I adopted her from, they recommended Dr. Wooley at Cats Only immediately. Dr. Wooley has successfully treated another cat that was severely anemic and she was able to the same to save my cat after two weeks of treatment. Her team was great in communication and took wonderful care of my cat during boarding. I cannot thank her and her wonderful team enough for their care of my cat. I've used their service for dog walking for my two dogs while I was at work. They text me a report during each visit and send a picture of my dogs. Karen has been our walker for the last several months and she is a very talented photographer!! Attached are some of the shots she sent me. How nice is it to receive these pictures to brighten my day?? All of the walkers are always concerned about the health and happiness of my 'boys'. On occasion my husband has been home when Karen pulls up and he said the boys bark and are always so excited to see her....her arrival means fun is in store!! I highly recommend Jen and her team! Took our dog to Loving Care on 12/20. Now she is very ill. The animerge vet and our regular vet…read moreadvised that the virus she got came from being with a contagious dog. The only dogs our dog has made contact with was at Loving Care. To date we have paid over $1,100 in vet bills and she still is in bad shape. I went to the groomer and they told me that the only vaccination they require is for rabies not bordatella for kennel cough. She said "many of our customers don't believe in vaccinations". My suggestion is to not to go there for grooming and possibly expose your dog to a contagious virus.
