But when you have to deal with the the office help, and have to go through the central office to begin with and then say I'll send a message first they are rude don't care they even have the nerve to hang up on you. So in overall that's why the two stars.

When we first met I believed she was a caring, patient and intelligent physician, however, after months in her care, I realized I was just another insurance payment and that my actual health & mysterious medical condition was just as confusing to me as it was to her. She provided no insight, just a bunch of referrals, that also led to a bunch of dead ends, it's time for me to find a real, qualified and understanding primary care physician that listens and treats their patients accordingly. Her assistant Emma I must say was very attentive and helpful. Since, I've been to Friendly Urgent Care in Northfield for urgent care needs and they are amazing! Same town, right around the corner! Save your time and skip this office if you truly feel there's something going on with your health. WebMD provided me with a more accurate diagnosis than Dr. Bulcha did in months to a year.

My parents were patients of Dr. Kasper's for 12 years. My mom and dad lived in Maryland then when…read moremy father retired from being a primary care physician, at the age of 81, they moved to Ventnor where my mom grew up. They had a summer home since 1974. My brother, sister and I loved spending time as a family at the shore. My father became ill last December and was in and out of the hospital with Covid and pneumonia and eventually came home with the care of hospice. I was concerned about recurring pneumonia and asked Dr. Kasper's staff to have him make a visit to my father at home. Dr. Kasper said he would try to get there in two weeks then when I called back he said he wasn't going to come at all. My parent's home is less than a mile from Dr. Kasper's office. My father passed away without a visit from his doctor of 12 years. My father was a loving husband, father and physician. Dr. Kasper is a disgrace to medicine, his patients and to my family. I know that if he was my father's patient my dad wouldn't have hesitated to go see him if his children asked. Not everyone is as they seem. It is in the time of need and help that a person's true nature comes out.

Highly recommend. The NP, Diane, was extremely knowledgable, thorough and compassionate. I felt I…read morewas in excellent hands. The young lady at the front desk and the in-take nurse were also top-notch. (BTW: I am a retired medical writer.) I left off one star for two reasons: 1) Both restrooms were out of toilet seat covers and neither the tp dispenser nor hand towel dispenser worked. a loose roll of tp, and a pile of loose paper towels were provided. Unsanitary. 2) They need to post a sign in the waiting room prohibiting phone conversations. During my hour-long wait, an inconsiderate woman made 3 separate personal calls. She was loud. Someone should have intervened for the sake of those of us waiting; some already in enough pain.

They promised to follow up with me and never did. When I called back to check on the status of my care, the receptionist was incredibly rude, hostile, gaslit me, and hung up on me mid-sentence. Because of their administrative incompetence and complete lack of care, I was left without treatment. Avoid this location if you expect basic human respect or actual medical support.

Additionally, on a more recent visit for an MRI with and without contrast. The radiologist missed my port when injecting the contrast and it went under my skin instead of in my vein. Always have a nurse access your port. Doctors don't do it often enough. My saga doesn't end there. I had to get an additional, successful MRI at a different facility and pay them my copay. Advance shore had the nerve to bill me for the botched procedure. This is now 9 months they're pestering me with unpaid invoices. I am actively working with my insurance company to reverse their payment as well. When all is said and done, I will bring legal support in to fight paying this charge and let everyone I know in the process.
