He took such great care of both of my sons. I consider myself very lucky to have him as a doctor for my sons. His father was my summer doctor growing up. We will miss him. And Stephanie in his office is a life saver. She was so helpful and always nice with the barrage of sometimes stupid questions and requests. Gonna miss her

The office told us to arrive 15 mins early for our appt but their lights weren't on yet and they couldn't check us in for 15 mins (until the appt was supposed to start). Then, the nurse came out late to get us. The doctor, Sharon Held, was an absolute tornado in the appt and made no effort to get to know us or the baby. The vaccines were slow to arrive after the time with the dr ended. We don't plan to come back to this practice for future visits.

This is my issue which I cannot get anyone to respond to: Almost 4 years ago went to a walk in near my house, about a month ago I get a bill claiming I owe them money which is the first notification I have ever received. In short the letter said - pay half now we are good to go, otherwise your account will be sent to collections. Why am I only hearing about this now and why did it take almost 4 years to notify me when I reside at the same address for 20+ years. Have called and left 3 messages to a voicemail that does not announce the persons name or company as well as sent 3 email requests the past 2 weeks. I would very much like to speak with someone - next call is to corporate asking for Mr. Papaccio.

I will start by saying off the bat, the Doctor, Dr. Goldman is nice enough. He listens to concerns BUT quickly disregards the information. This may just be because I am extremely involved with the care of my children but even so, all concerns should be addressed not made to seem small and insignificant. The office is EXTREMELY out dated so much so, that they use the "I don't have a ruler" technique to measure their patients they (by "they" I mean the offices ONLY extremely Unsociable medical assistant who seems to not know much at all). She has the child lay flat on the "exam table" and makes two pen marks. One at the very top of the child's head then again at the bottom of their feet. (Not the most accurate at all). If that doesn't scream outdated and cheap then here's the kicker, their are NO other attending physicians. It's just the one doctor NO actual nurses, I will go so far as to say that there is NO real educated professional other then the doctor. Everyone else works for the minimum wage and it's evident! The office opens at 9am to 4 or so depending when the doctor feels like checking out for the day, really M-Thurs on Friday's they are only open til noon. Which I believe is unacceptable. Not only will they have all weekend off but the majority of every Friday as well. There have been a few occasions where my kids have been extremely sick and no one was ever available. I'd call the doctor on call and guess who it is? Yup! Dr. Goldman of course disregarding my concerns of symptoms. Also, the man is nice but I do not think he should be the "on call" person. See, he has an EXTREMELY bad speech impediment, he stutters so badly you could barely understand his instructions. You have to ask him at least 3 times to repeat what his recommendations are or what the dosage amounts are. It's very frustrating, not only for the parent but for the Doctor himself. I hate to keep ranting, I just want other parents to be aware of this office and how incredibly unprofessional they are. Your child will NOT get the best care here I promise, they won't! The office doesn't have well/sick rooms. Meaning they cohort all of the sick patients with the well patients in the same area. I'm not sure if it's asking too much to at least separate the sick from the ones who are just there for a physical. If this isn't an issue to you, just think. If this office lacks professionalism, doctors, nurses and over all a REAL medical staff then, do you think ANY of the toys/ books sitting in the joint waiting area are EVER cleaned?!.........Food for thought. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff. It was busy, but we were seen quickly. My child loved Dr. Budnick. I appreciated that he was knowledgable, informative., and answered all of my questions. The nurse was very nice, as was the person behind the front desk. I would recommend Dr. Budnick to any parent looking for a pediatrician.
